gabbys POV

I woke up and felt disgusting, I got in the shower and was in there for like an hour.

"gab let's go your using all the hot water" zac yelled from downstairs.

I turned the water off and got out then put on running shorts and a tshirt and put my hair up.

I didn't feel like putting on makeup so I didn't.

"zac I'm going to Hayes'" I said

"okay tell him I said happy birthday" zac said

"yeah from me too" I heard Dylan say.

"DYL" I screamed and ran into the kitchen and saw him sitting there.

I ran right into his arms and he almost fell.

"try not to kill me" Dylan said

"you're home" I said

"yes I am" he said

"I missed you, and I'm sorry about e-" he cut me off

"everything before this moment is in the past, forgave and forgotten. let's focus on now" he said

"my Dyls back" I said

"gab you can let go now" he said

"I love you" I said

"I love you too" he said

"dyl come with me to Hayes" I said

"no go enjoy his birthday with him then come here after and we can all hang out" Dylan said

"no, I'll stay here. I missed you too much" I said

"go with Hayes and have fun" Dylan said

"dyl I don't want to" I said

"hello" zac said and I looked over and he was on the phone, his face dropped.

"but you can't do that, they put him up for adoption and I adopted him. he's my son now" zac said

"what do you mean they'll be here in 30 minutes. he my son, I have full custody until he's 18. you can't do this" he said

the phone hung up.

"Gavin's parents went to the adoption agency today to get him back and now they're taking him from me. they can't do this" zac said and tears forming in his eyes.

"where is he?" I asked

"he's upstairs sleeping still" zac said

"how bout we go change you and then get you some breakfast and see if you feel better" zac said

zac picked him up and made airplane sounds while carrying him like super man up the steps.

"Zacs gonna be a mess" I said

"maybe you should stay home today and help me with him please" Dylan said
