I closed my eyes, my surroundings fading as the image of her smiling face came to my mind. She was pretty i had to admit that. In another situation i would've tried and flirt with her, maybe make her mine. But i couldn't, that just wasn't my job.

"Hey" i called, i noticed he stiffened at my voice and looked at me slowly "It'll be alright" i reassured even though i had no clue of the future.

"i just hope she forgives me" he murmured more to himself but i was still able to her it "you knew that we had to do this since the beginning, you still didn't stop" i reminded him.
He said nothing as the doors opened themselves widely, the light of the outside blinding us for a second.
