***Rachel's p.o.v***

For the next few days, we looked for any clues to help fix Freed and find the thieves to finish our mission. One morning, as I was waiting for everyone else to wake up, I investigated the area again to try to find out where the thieves ran off to. When I found something.

I ran back to everyone and shook them all awake, "Everyone wake up, wake up!" They all groan, getting up.

"What is it?" Laxus groans.

"I found something," I said.

I was walking through the forest with Laxus and the Thunder Legion behind me as I led them through the forest. "This morning when I was out, I used my eye magic to look around the area we were attacked from again, when I found something," I explained.

"We checked their multiple times and I thought you said you couldn't find anything. Even with your magic," Bickslow questions.

"I couldn't, I went up to the tops of the trees to get a better view to search the whole forest, when something reflected on my face. I didn't know what it was, but I knew it didn't belong in the forest. So, I went to investigate, and I found a guildhall," I explained darkly.

They all looked surprised. "A guildhall?!? How did we miss that?" Bickslow exclaims.

"The guildhall was rather small and well concealed within the trees. The only reason I found it was the one window that happened to reflect against my face this morning. I wouldn't have noticed it otherwise," I explained.

"So, our theory about them possibly being a thieves guild was right after all," Freed said.

"Did you check to make sure it's the same thieves as from before?" Evergreen asked.

"Yeah, it was difficult cause I didn't want to be caught but I still needed to be close enough to see them. It is definitely them though. I also heard something about Freed from them as well," I said.

"Do you think one of them is responsible for Freed's dilemma?" Laxus asked.

A dark look past over my face, "Most likely, by the way they talked about Freed, it seems pretty obvious it was their doing."

"Well then, lead the way Rachel. We got some butt kicking to do!" Bickslow exclaims.

I smirked back in response.

We arrived shortly at the guildhall and busted right in. The guild automatically retaliated back. "Spirit sphere," I shouted, throwing a focused sphere of light magic. The spell made contact and exploded sending thieves in multiple directions knocking them out. I turn around summoning my blades and intercept an incoming attack, slicing it in half. I run forward and shout, "Spirit slash," sending back my attacker with a close-range magic slash from my blades. Not hesitating for a second, I turn around and continue to fight off the thief's guild with my magic.

After a little while, we knock down what looks to be the final guildmember before a dark, cold voice interrupts saying, "Well, well. Look who we have here. The Fairytailers are back for round two."

We look up to see a man in a dark hood smirking down at us from the top of the balcony. Freed gasps as he reveals his face. "Hello Freed, longtime no see," the man says smirking evilly. I looked over at Freed, noticing the fear behind his sea blue eyes. The man had a half-burnt face with short jet-black hair.

'He must be . . .' I thought turning and glaring back at the man. Just as I was about to attack the man, something hit me hard from the side sending me flying into the wall. As I got up, I look over to see that my attacker was. . . Freed?!
