A/N: Sorry for the wait, I hope you guys are ready! Here we go!!!!

***Rachel's p.o.v***

Freed and I panted as we quickly ran back to the guild hall.

"We need to get this back to the guild," Freed muttered as he tightly held a book in his hand.

I stared forward as we ran, a serious expression adorning my face. I was finally going to get some answers.

"Wait, hold on," Freed said stopping me as he grabbed my hand.

"Let's make one more stop before we go to the guild," Freed said looking down at my arms.

I widened my eyes and nodded, "Ok, but you're getting healed first."

Freed smiled and shook his head.

Knock. Knock.

"What?!" Porlyusica shouted opening the door.

I didn't even get a chance to say anything before I was engulfed in a hug.

I smiled and hugged her back before we separated and I got serious, "We need your help."

Shortly after Porlyusica patched us up, we embraced once more at the door.

Separating, Porlyusica placed her hands on either side of my face, "Whatever you hear, do not let it change who you are."

I smiled to her, "I won't, I promise."

She smiled before turning to Freed, "I trust you'll take care of her?"

"You have my word," Freed nodded.

"Then go, both of you," Porlyusica nodded after kissing my forehead.

We smiled and waved to her before we ran off.

After grabbing the journal from home, we quickly ran to the guildhall.

Freed ran ahead and quickly opened the doors, "Guys-!"

"Freed!"

Slam!

Laxus had aimed a punch at Freed's face after his initial outburst, but I quickly caught his fist before he made contact.

Laxus widened his eyes, "Rae..."

"That's enough Laxus," I told him.

"But he –!?"

"Laxus," I started, my eyes softening. "I'm just as in the wrong as he is and I've already punished myself because of it," I told him holding up my bandaged arms as he widened his eyes.

"I've forgiven him, and he's forgiven me. So that's enough. It's time for us to move past this, all of us, it was all just a big mistake."

Laxus relaxed and rubbed his head before he sighed, "Alright Rae, fine. Sorry Freed."

Freed nodded.

"So now that that's settled, what did you come rushing in for?" Bickslow asked.

Freed and I looked at each other before we nodded.

"Rae if you keep pacing around, you're going to burn a hole into the floor," Laxus told me, stopping my train of thought.

"Sorry, I'm just-" I started.

Laxus chuckled, "We know Rae. You're nervous and excited. You've been waiting years for this."
