Ruby: first steps

Ruby sat at the desk in her dorm. She studied a piece of paper hard, ignoring your tiny whimpers. You had had enough. You climbed down from her bed, wanting your mother. You took a step before falling on your bum. You stood back up and walked over to a pillow before falling again.

"Moooooommmmmyyyyyy!!!!!!" You screamed.

She hummed in response, only to get smacked on the arm.

"Whaaaat???!" She yelled, looking to yang who just walked through the door.

"Rubes." Yang said, pointing to you. "(Y/N)."

Ruby looked at you and froze. You stood on the floor, a bottle of dust in your hand, and red liquefied dust from your saliva running down your chin. You grinned. She screamed.

"No!" She ran to you. "No no no no no no no no no!"

She took the bottle and wiped your mouth out with her sleeve. You screamed and pushed her away. Then ran to your Aunt Yang.

"Yaaaaang!!" You whined, pointing to your mother. "Mommy, meanie!"

Yang stifled a laugh and picked you up. She kissed your cheek and looked at Ruby.

"Yeah, mommy meanie." She said.

"Uuuuuuaaaaaaggggghhhhhh!!" She screamed.

You laughed.

"Why did your first steps have to be to yang?!" She complained. "Whyyyyy?!?!?"
