"A new Saniwa...?"

"Yes. Today's her inauguration day. Her name is Sakaguchi Asari." Yasusada said as he stretched his hand out for a handshake.

"Aruji, I am Yamatonokami Yasusada, and this is Kashuu Kiyomitsu beside me. Let's get along."

"I don't want to touch your hand, commoner." The new sage said proudly, not even bothered to look at them.

Eh...?

"Show me to my room. That's an order, Yamayasu. And you, the long-haired one. Go get me a cup of Earl Grey tea."

Both froze for a moment before coming back to their senses.

"Shokudaikiri, what's Earl Grey tea?"

"Earl Grey...? Ah, it's an English tea. Does Aruji want a cup? Wait, I'll brew it now."

English...tea..?

What's that?

Questions were just flying around as the tachi brewed a pot of tea as quickly as he could. Handing him the tray with the tea, he wished him good luck.

Entering her room, he set the cup of tea down and was about to leave before getting called by Asari.

"Wait. Who granted you permission to leave?"

This girl..!

"Stay here. Explain everything to me."

Turning his back unwillingly, he then looked at the seated Asari.

"What do you need me to explain?"

"Everything listed in this manual."

"Huh? Can't you just read that manual by yourself?" 

"It's an order. It's okay to reject me, but I'll melt you back to steel."

This brat..!

He swore that she was really getting on his nerves.

Keeping his anger within, he then started to explain what was listed on the manual to Asari.

Night.

The second auxiliary team came back from a sortie.

However, things weren't looking good.

Three members were heavily injured and needed immediate repairs. 

"Aruji!"

"I don't want to! It's too bloody!" Asari whined as she held onto the door.

It has been ten minutes, and yet Asari still refused to repair them. The thought of blood was enough to deter her away.

"I said I don't want to! I'll forge them again so it's fine!"

Kashuu snapped at her words.

Grabbing her collared blouse, he then shouted. "Forge them again...? This isn't some sort of a palace! It's a citadel in a battlefield! We risk breaking into pieces to suppress the army out there, and yet you're enjoying your life like a royalty?! Don't mess with me, Aruji! Stop acting like a damn princess and go repair them!"

"Kashuu Kiyomitsu! Take your hands off her!"

Surprised at the sudden voice, he released his grip on her, causing her to collapse to the floor. Yagen Toushirou then took her hand.

"General, you need to learn how to repair us as a Saniwa. Earlier, didn't Kashuu explain the manual to you? Now it's time to put them into practice. Shall we go? They are waiting for you."

Nodding her head, she then stood up as Yagen pulled her to the repair room.

After a few moments, he came back to his senses.

"What am I doing..." Holding his head, he uttered as he remembered what he did to his master.

The repairs were finally done.

Asari then sat down and sighed as Yagen cleaned the place up littered with bandages and disinfectant.

"Good job, General. Are you okay?"

"I-I am fine, thank you, erm-"

"Yagen Toushirou. That's my name."

Repeating his name a few times, she then remembered what happened earlier.

"Hey Yagen, did I do something wrong? Kashuu even shouted at me and grabbed me in the collar.."

Sitting beside her, he smiled.

"No, you did not do anything wrong, General. But I request General to be more mature and do things by yourself. You're not going to learn anything if you don't put them into practice. Can I ask you to do that, General?"

Grinding his words, tears soon fell down.

The next day.

Asari wavered at the thought of knocking his room door.

"Oh, it's Aruji. Looking for Kiyomitsu?" Fellow sword Yasusada said as he saw her.

"Y-Yes..."

"Kiyomitsu! Aruji's looking for you!"  

Sliding the door open, he widened his eyes at her presence.

"A-Aruji!"

He ought to apologise for yesterday's incident after getting told off by Yagen for an hour.

"Sorry about yesterday, Aruji. I lost my temper.."

"...I am sorry for yesterday too... I was childish.."

Both apologised.

Looking up at him, she gave a smile towards him.

"Please look after me!" 

"Mmm, I got it."
