"it's okay Gabriella" he said and passed out.

the paramedic laid him on a stretcher and drove away.

I grabbed my keys and ran to the car, Hayes took the keys from me, "I'm driving" he said

I didn't argue. I got in the passenger seat and called zac and explained every thing to him.

"HAYES DRIVE FASTER PLEASE" I screamed.

"I'm going 65, the speed limit is 25. it's fast enough." Hayes said

"obviously not" I said

"gab we will be there in 2 minutes relax babe" he said

"Hayes how am I supposed to relax, he was stabbed 2 times and unconscious  the last I saw or heard" I said

"put a seat belt on" Hayes said

"we're gonna be there in a minute" I said

"it doesn't matter, we can still get in
an accident" he said

I put my seat belt on and sat back.

we got to the hospital and I got
out of the car and ran as fast as I could while Hayes followed me.

"Dylan efron" I said at the front desk.

"he's in surgery" the lady said

"is there any update?" I asked

"I'm sorry no, the doctor should be out to update you soon" she said

"thanks" I said and just stood there.

"you can sit down" she said

"ok" I said and didn't move.

"Come on" Hayes said

"what if he's dead?" I asked

"you can't think like that. he's gonna be okay, the doctors know what they're doing" Hayes said

"yeah but what if he is?" I asked

Hayes picked me up and set me down on a chair in the waiting room and then he sat next to me.

I saw zac walk in while carrying Gavin.

"what's the latest update?" he asked

"he's in surgery" I said

"did the cops take dad?" zac asked

"I think so. I can't remember anything" I said

"yeah they did" Hayes said

"thanks" zac said

all the guys came in, "we'll take Gavin for you guys, for how ever long you need" Taylor said

"thank you so much" zac said

matt picked Gavin up and everyone left with him except for Hayes, Cameron, and Nash.
