i walk upstairs toward where Y/n's dad is 99% of the time. "hellooo" i open the door slightly more then what it was, "jude son come sit" (i'm aware this isn't phil's dads name cus i'm pretty sure it's phil too but i'm not that smart i would get confused) James says tapping the free bit on the sofa.

"hello pumpkin" James replies with the biggest smile on his face "why are you so happy" she walks in and throws herself on the sofa, "phil told me that Jude likes you" her face and the way she looked at phil in that moment. if looks could kill.

"listen dad we kissed once we aren't official don't get mad" she rambles on,
"i'm not mad i'm happy" somehow his smile gets even BIGGER."what"
"You know i know jude is a good lad and i like him"

"i think we should head out now" i say to Y/n pulling my phone out to check the time. 12:54
