Sunny's jaw dropped upon hearing the words from her doctor. Twins? Pregnant? Twins? Sunny couldn't contain her happiness and started tearing up.
"Oh my god. It's truly a blessing. I was talking to Tengku Hassanal about having twins, and it's happening right now," said Sunny as she sniffled and wiped the tears that were forming in her eyes.
Her doctor smiled and handed her a few pieces of tissue.
"I understand how happy this news is. Congratulations, Your Majesty," the doctor said.
"Thank you so much," Sunny grinned as she tapped the tissue under her eyes.
She still cannot believe her ears.
After Sunny and Tengku Hassanal married, they got Ammar, their second child after Adam. Ammar is the Crown Prince of Pahang once Tengku Hassanal steps down from the throne.
After 2 years, Sunny finally told Tengku Hassanal that she feels her body can go through pregnancy again. Tengku Hassanal didn't push Sunny that he wanted more children. He leaves the decision to Sunny.
He mentioned in an interview that he doesn't mind. He wants Sunny to be comfortable and happy with their decision together.
If the decision doesn't make them happy, they won't do it.
If it will, they will do it.
So, after 2 years, they started planning on children once more.
Adam was a result of Sunny's marriage with Mark. Adam is different. Adam can't be in line for the throne. He can't be a crown prince even if he's the eldest among all his siblings.
Because he doesn't have a royal throne, which doesn't fit the requirements.
