"Since our main star is already here. Can we start the show?"

Sunny grinned and nodded as she made herself comfortable on the single couch. She was seated together with the master of the ceremony onstage in front of about 3,000 guests.

The guests consist primarily of students, professors, and some fans. Also, business partners.

"Alright then. Sunny, can you briefly introduce yourself?"

Sunny picked up the microphone and nodded.

"Sure. Hi, everyone. More about my personal information. My name is Sunny Merideth James. I am more known as Sunny. I was born on the 20th of February 2002. I am a proud Sabahan. Malaysian."

"About family... I am the third child out of four children. Two brothers and a younger sister. I have my grandparents from both sides. My dad died back in 2023 because of a car accident. But now, I'm getting hold of it. So, if you want to ask anything about it, I am alright with it."

"My mother is still alive. Very healthy and active in fashion design. She's actively designing for models and our own business. Her business."

"More about my family. I am married...."

Sunny slowed down and laughed when the crowds went 'aw'. Some in a sad way and some in an 'aw, that's cute' way. Sunny grinned and shrugged.

"I am married to a man. Gentleman man. An attractive man, and we have a child together. A baby boy together. Just a few months old. I'm very happy. Very-very happy."

The crowds awed happily for her. Sunny smiled and nodded.

"About my career, I have been a child with a high IQ since I was born. How my brain works are more complicated than other children at my age. By the time I was 7 years old, I was doing work the high schoolers were doing."

"By the time I was 13 years old, I was in college. I was in university, doing their assignments. But in 2016, I took a step to join Big Hit Entertainment to become their trainee."

"I did and debuted in 2018 as a soloist under Big Hit Entertainment. But then I took a break from the industry just 3 months after I debuted."

"I finished my SPM, and home-schooled for 3 months before joining a government school in my hometown, Kota Marudu. Had one of the best memories there. I'm being serious. One of the best memories."

"After I was done with SPM, I returned to South Korea to resume my work as a K-Pop idol. Release songs after a long time, and I blow up."

"A lot of things happened during my career. I can positively say that I never regret choosing this part to be a K-Pop idol. It taught me things that I never thought I would know. Working as a K-Pop idol was a bittersweet memory."

"Eventually, I put my career to an end in May 2025. Settle down to my family and have my own family in silence, but eventually, the public gets to know more and more slowly."

"And today, I am here with you. I was ready for a show I had dreamt of doing since I returned to Sabah."

The crowds filled the conference hall with cheers and claps after Sunny was done talking. Sunny smiled as the crowds clapped. The master of the ceremony then continued the event, continuing to ask some questions to Sunny briefly.

"Alright. We have the next person to ask their question. You may ask now."

"Hi, Sunny! How are you?"

Sunny grinned, "I am doing well. Thank you. How about you?"

"I'm excited!" The girl giggled.

Sunny laughed and nodded.

"So, my question to you is... from your perspective, what's the hardest part of being an idol? Being a K-Pop artist or simply a famous person. That is my question. Thank you."

Sunny nodded as she sat up straight to answer the question.

"Thank you for the question. I did see this coming, and I did prepare my answer for this. My answer to your question is... the hardest part of being an idol is the fame. The popularity."

She continued, "At first, it might seem light. People love you. You will see a lot of people love you and praise you. But as I grow, it starts getting quite out of hand. More into the negativity. No privacy. You have news reporters following you everywhere."

"And all those pressure from performing. You're pressured to do perfectly onstage. It's one of the hardest ones. It affects you mentally and physically, and spiritually. Challenges you a lot."

"So, yeah. That's my answer to your question."

The next person then asked her a question.

"Does the fame and money you have right now have changed your perspective view of life? If so, how?"

Sunny nodded, "Thank you for the question.

"Yes, fame and money have changed my perspective view of life. Well, I've always thought that when I have all the money I can have in the world, I'll be the happiest."

"And that's the biggest scam ever," Sunny said as the audience laughed.

Sunny smiled and shrugged, "I have all the money I want in the world. But I can't spend all of them because I don't have time. I don't have time, I don't have privacy, and I don't know where to spend them because I already have all that I wanted."

"When you're a kid, you have all the time and good health but no money. When you're an adult like me, you're too busy working, and don't have time even though you have enough money. And then when you're old enough, you have all the time you need and the money. But not health."

"It's a cycle. Some people might be lucky. But you don't know what they are going through. Fame has changed my perspective of view to the world too. Fame is not everything. They can come and they can go in an hour."

"Money. Is. Not. EVerything. It's better to find pure happiness. Spend time with your love ones. If you don't have one then it's understandable," Sunny said and shrugged as the audience laughed.

Sunny just grinned.
