I went to take a shower and get dress. I lay down on my bed and think about it. Some time pass, Not wanting to think anymore, I shake my head and close my eyes to sleep.
The day went by so fast. The next morning, I wakeup but I felt a headache because I did not have a good night sleep. I kept dreaming and screaming in my dreams. When I look at myself in the mirror, I look like a ghost, it look like I haven't sleep for a decade.
I went to take my shower and put on some clothes. I went to grab some food to eat. Kim and me have now become a very close friend. On my way to my room, I collide with him. He cracked a smile, I think you have a thing in colliding with me.
I also laugh and said, sorry I just don't see you coming. You always don't see me coming, he said. I smile and ask we're you going? To get some food also, he reply. You go get your food then, I said. Ok see you some other time, he wave to me and walk away.
I walk around the camp, because I got nothing to do, when am tired, am about to go into my room, when I see Jace and a lady walk together. She hold his arm and cling to him even more. I feel jealous. I look at the both of them, I can see the girl talking while he also make one or two comment.
It like they are melt for each other, I turn, I want to turn the other way but I heard my name been called. Emily... I turn around to see it Jace who call me. Where are you going, he ask. Just walking around... Who is she, the girl beside him ask.
He ignore her and face me, Emily this is July, the president daughter, he said. Oh! I see, she's the person we went to save the other day. Jace please come with me, she ask with a pouty face. Jace his about to reply her when his phone ring, he pick it up.
Damn it, we heard him say. Emily get me the bravo team now, he commanded, and Walk away while the girl run after him. I went to get the bravo team except Leon because he his still recovering.
Are we going on another mission, Kim ask. I don't know but from his tone earlier it sounds important and urgent. Jill.. Whit.. Drake.. Sherry.. Kim and me went to Jace office. We knock when we get there and we enter when we heard a come in.
SIR, they all chorus. Jace keep massaging his forehead with a worried look on his face. We all sit down and keep looking at him, since have know him, have never seen him this worried. He said nothing and turn his laptop over to us, so that we can see what on the screen.
I stand up immediately after seeing it, this isn't happening, I feel my tears rolling out of my eyes without my consent, but I don't give a damn. All eyes are now on me. Hey calm down we are going to save them, Kim said. Don't fucking tell me to calm down, I shout at him.
Sorry I said finally breaking down in tears. It not like they are your kids, why are you behaving like the only one it affected, you make it seem like we don't care, the girl Jace call July said. They are my fucking kids, I shout at her, they are all I got in this world. Everyone look at me surprised by the sudden realization.
