The night he walked me home felt surreal. I never imagine I'd take him with me — I guess it's reasonable. But how long will this go? Just for once? Twice? Until I'm not scared by myself anymore?

Ran is taller than most people I would consider tall. His nose was strong with an arcing profile, the kind that would make anyone be proud of their themselves. There's bulk on him too; muscles beneath his jersey.

I'm always obsessing over a fine guy, that's my thing but this time it's different though. I can't move on. He's it. Him or no-one. Though I never felt  this way before, I can't really open up about it, because of one thing—his heart belongs to Asahi Sora.

No one dared to talk. Ran kept quiet. I badly want to talk to him though I don't know how to break the ice between us.

"Oh, my eyes!!" Haruto jumped behind us. I covered his face as I don't want him to see Takahashi Ran. "You better not tell our parents about this." Ran was getting confused, so I ended up introducing him. He bowed, "Hajimemashite, I'm Hina's younger brother, Haruto-des."

"Takahashi Ran." He responded abruptly.

"Is he your boyfriend?" He added. Please Himari Haruto, give me a break. I've had enough. "We're friends." Ran stated it loud and clear.

I could only agree. What a painful truth, it kinda dragged me back to earth. "Aha, good because he's too good to be yours." I pinch his ear, making him step forward. He tiptoed from the pain, "Ahhh."

Ran snorted at the them. He can totally relate to their bond, but a chaotic sibling bond is more rarely to happen in his household. They grew up to be inclined with sports—respectful.  Sometimes they joke, but they choose to be disciplined.

"Ehem, uh. I'll see you tomorrow, Hina." He cleared his throat. I quickly let go of Haruto's ear then I bowed to say good bye. "S-sure." I was delighted.

I guess this could go on for in fact, a solid week.........
