Paulie was crying in the bathroom as the stared in the mirror. Henry rushed in and approached her. "Paulie? What happened?" He gently took her hands and pulled her attention on him. She sniffled and took a hard breath. "Shhhh, breathe. Deep breaths, Paulie." He rubbed his thumbs on her hands.
He guided her to their bedroom and sat on the bed. She hugged him and buried her face into his neck. "I'm hideous..." She whimpered out, her mask was off. "You aren't at all! You're absolutely beautiful, Paulie. And im incredibly happy to know you." He said with a smile and rubbed her back gently. "Even if I used to be a man...?" She squeaked out. "You've always been my wonderful wife. And I love you so so very much, Paulie." He kissed her on the cheek. "Forever and always."
