Sunsets and Loverboys

Sunghoon's facial expression stayed hesitant the whole time I was dragging him towards the beach. It was clear he was unsure of this.

"Oh come on, it's gonna be fun," I cooed at him as I happily swung our hands back and forth.

"Do you have any idea how many times we're gonna end in that water?" he questioned as I let out a small laugh at him.

"That is if you're extremely bad at holding your balance," I pointed out making him hum as a frown just grew on his face and I immediately stopped walking, resulting in Sunghoon stopping as well, "just... please be willing to do this, Ethan was really excited about us finally meeting James."

"I am willing to do this, I'm just nervous," he excused making me smile up at him.

"Which is why you'll be wearing a swim vest, just for safety. We have extra clothes with us, and if you just trust your wife a teeny tiny bit then it'll be fine," I happily smiled making a small laugh escape him.

"Ey... wife," he cooed and let out a small laugh as I hummed and tugged him along until I saw two figures further down on the beach, finishing pumping up two paddle boards.

"Can I pease fun to him?" I questioned with an excited smile and looked up to Sunghoon.

"I'm pretty sure I can walk in a straight line myself," Sunghoon nodded at me and I immediately slipped my hand out of his and handed him our bag, that had our extra clothes in it.

"Eat my dust," I grinned and happily patted his chest before turning on my heel and running through the sand.

The moment my brother had realized I was running towards him he immediately spread his arms open for me as I just picked up my speed and quite literally jumped onto him in a tight hug as we fell into the sand and both let out laughters.

"Did you leave husband behind? " Ethan mocked making me let out a small laugh as I shook my head and pulled him up on his feet before pointing behind him, "Uhm... James don't speak Korean," Ethan excused and pointed to the dark skinned man behind him, his skin quite literally shining in the evening sun, "and I know Sunghoon is a good dude and all... but you know... James is... well, not exactly smiled at here in Korea."

"Oh trust me, Sunghoon wouldn't think like that," I immediately shook my head at Ethan before looking to James that stood by one of the paddle boards and watched us, "he wouldn't dare. I promise, and if he says anythnig you find offensive just tell me and I tip him off his board."

"Sounds promising," James commented with an accent that immediately made me smile.

"Are you Irish? " I happily questioned and he nodded, making me immediately hit Ethan's shoulder, "you didn't tell me he was Irish. I like that accent."

"Are you done running away from me now?" Sunghoon questioned as he walked up beside me and wrapped an arm around my waist.

"Sounds like she's been running away a lot... aren't you treating her right hyung?" Ethan commmented as Sunghoon just smiled at him.

"She hasn't been complaining," Sunghoon shrugged.

"Yet," I pointed out and he let out a small gasp as Ethan just laughed and waved James over to us.

"Well... let me introduce Loverboy... James Noor Walsh," Ethan happily introduced and gestured to his boyfriend beside him, who immediately initiated to shake hands. First with me and then with Sunghoon, "parents from Kenya, born and raised in Ireland."

"I don't know why... but I love that he is Irish," I commented with a small laugh as Ethan and James both let out laughs and Sunghoon just looked down at me.

"You're weird," Sunghoon commented and I just waved it off, "Nice to meet you," Sunghoon proudly spoke to James, who simply smiled at him.

"So... the plan was to paddle a bit out on the water, maybe paddle a bit around and then we'll stop and watch the sunset together... maybe get some bubbles... we don't know yet," Ethan explained and I just nodded at him.

"They can support two people?" I questioned in shock and pointed to the boards.

"Well... none of you are exactly fat, so it won't be a problem," Ethan shook his head at me, "the maximum weight the boards is 120 kg, you don't weigh that in total so you'll be fine."

"See? I told you it would be fine," I pointed out and poked Sunghoon's side with my elbow.

"Can I quickly ask if  English is a good language or not? " James asked and I simply waved it off to him.

"English is fine. Sunghoon isn't always comfortable in answering, but he can understand," I assured him and he nodded.

Not long after Sunghoon and I had both gotten a swim vest on and was already trying our ways out in the water. First I would be paddling around as Sunghoon just sat against my legs.

"Oooh you're good at this," Sunghoon commented after I managed to stand up and begin paddling around.

"I like this... it's zen," I commented making Sunghoon immediately laugh at me, "we should get one."

"Let's look at it when we get home and know our schedule," he reminded and I just nodded in agreement.

To say that Sunghoon was good at paddling on a paddle board would be exagerating. He hadn't even tried standing up on his feet before he had fallen in the water. Second time he managed to flip the board around, resulting in me falling into the water as well.

"Sunghoon!" I exclaimed as he just let out a small laugh and helped push me up on the board again before pulling himself up as well, not far from us Ethan and James were both laughing before waving us over to them.

"Let's watch the sunset! We have bubbles!" Ethan yelled out making me smile before grabbing the paddle from Sunghoon.

"Yeah I think it's best if you do this," Sunghoon agreed as he just wrapped his arms around my waist as I stayed sitting on the board and paddled my way over beside James and Ethan.

"I knew the genes gave us the same talent," Ethan commented as he got out from plastic cups to pour up the bubbles and handing Sunghoon and I a cup each.

"Oi shut it! Just because you could stand the first time! " James complained as Ethan let out a small laugh and pecked his lips.

"Love you too," Ethan smiled making me just look over at Sunghoon who seemed to be smiling at them as well.

"What?" Sunghoon questioned in amusement as he realized I was looking at him.

"I think my brother will get married soon," I quietly whispered to him as Sunghoon just smiled even wider and pulled my back closer to his chest as I let my legs drop over each side of the board, just like Sunghoon had, "so... lads... when's the wedding? " I joked and sipped from my champagne.

"Hmm... not for another year I think," Ethan replied and James just happily nodded in agreement.

"We gotta settle in our London apartment first, once we get back to England," James nodded as Ethan smiled at him.

"Look," Sunghoon whispered and pointed ahead of me, making everyone look to where he was pointing.

In the horizon the sun was slowly sinking down under the water. Well, not literally, but you know what I meant.

"It's beautiful," I commented as Sunghoon placed his chin on my shoulder.

"I love you," he muttered and pressed a kiss to my cheek.

"Love you too," I muttered and laced my fingers with the hand that laid on my stomach.

"My wife."

"My husband."
