Then the crowd started clapping, so I clapped too.
"Everyone, cheers!" The king said as he lift his glass of wine in the air. The crowd also did the same, so I put some wine on my glass and lift it in the air too.
"Cheers!" The crowd said then they all started drinking their glass of wine, so I drank mine too.
Hmm... it tastes good. It tastes like grapes? And I did not feel any dizziness at all! I'll go get another wine.
I was about to pour some wine on my glass when suddenly someone stopped me.
"What are you doing?"
"Y-yuno? I'm going to drink some wine. It tastes great!" I said.
"You don't drink wines like beers, okay?"

"No. Remember what the captain told you? Make some friends and talk to some people," he said.

Then he grabbed me and left me at the center of the crowd.

He laughed then he patted my head, "Of course, I won't. Where's Yuno?"
"I don't know. He just left me here," I pouted.
"Now, now. It's alright, you have me," he smiled then suddenly the music being played changed. It became a romantic song. "Will you dance with me, Yui?" he said as he offered his hand to me.
I smiled and held his hand. I nodded.
Then he placed my hand on his shoulders, and he placed his hands on my back, near my waist.
"You're so gorgeous," he said as he looked at me directly in the eyes.
"Thank you," I smiled. "I did not know you can wear clothes without unbuttoning it," I laughed.
"Well, I'm not actually used to it. It feels so hot and itchy," he said.
I chuckled, "Steve."
"Yes?"
"I noticed you stopped calling me using your endearments," I said.
"Oh, yes. Why? Do you want me to call you 'my queen'?" He smiled.
"No, no. I just noticed you started calling me by my name. Why is that so?" I asked.
He's too close but it's okay. I don't feel anything that's tingling my stomach, unlike when Yuno's too close to me.
"I only call girls by their name when they're important to me and when I really like them," he said while looking directly in my eyes.
"What do you mean? I thought you used to like girls,"
"Yeah, I used to."
"Alyssa even told me that you're a playboy, a womanizer," I said.
"I WAS a playboy, until you came."
"Huh? What do you mean?" I said.
He suddenly pushed my back onto him and he put his lips near my ears and whispered, "I like you." Then he looked at my eyes and smiled genuinely.
He likes me? I thought he likes everyone? Is that new?
"You like me? I thought you like everyone?" I said.
"No, I like you... romantically," he giggled.
I don't understand.
"B-but why?" I whispered.
"Why not? You're kind, cute, thoughtful, and you're sweet," he said.
"Is that enough for you to like me?" I asked.
"Yes, you are more than enough, Yui. I like you and you can never change that. If you don't like me, it's okay. I'm not asking you to like me back. I just want to let you know that I really, really like you," he whispered.
"S-steve- I--"
He touched my lips and said, "Shh, you don't have to answer that." He smiled then he kissed my forehead softly.
Then he kissed my nose.
"S-steve," I whispered.
My heart's beating so loud, I can't hear the music and the crowd.
Then his face got closer to mine, and his lips are getting closer and closer to my lips.
I closed my eyes. I can feel his warm breath on my face. I'm so nervous, I really don't know what to do.
Then I felt his lips touched my chin softly.
I opened my eyes and I saw him smiling, "Of course I'm not going to do that. I don't want you to see me as a perverted-womanizer,"
WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?! THAT WAS SO INTENSE! I CAN'T BREATHE!
"Yui? Why do you look so stunned? I'm sorry, I didn't mean to do that," he said.
"STEEEVEE! I HATE YOUUUU!" I shouted but not too loud or else, the crowd will look at us.
He laughed, "Why? Do you want me to do it? I can do it if you want me to," he said.
"N-n-no, of course not! Stop teasing me!!" I said.
I can feel my face getting more red.
He laughed at me then he suddenly kissed my cheek, "I like you."
I blushed even more. I'm suffocating!
I heard him laughed even more, "I'm sorry, you're just too cute."
"I hate you," I whispered.
"I like you," he smiled widely.
"Stop it Steve! I can't breathe!" I said.
"I can give you air if you want to," he said then he winked at me.
I can't take it anymore! I think I look like a living tomato.
"Now, now, Yui. I'm sorry, I'm sorry. You know what? Let's just eat some food. Their food is pretty delicious," he said then he took me to the table and he grabbed some food.
"Here, eat this," he said then he put the food in my mouth.
"Hmm... it's delicious!"
"I told you," he said.
Then we both ate. We also drank wine but don't worry, I still don't feel any dizziness.
"Hey brother! I was searching for you everywhere!" Alyssa said.
"Why?"
"Mother and Father want to see you," she said.
"Oh... tell them I did not attend the ball," Steve said. His face changed.
"But brother, they already saw you earlier," she said.
Steve sighed.

He held my hand and kissed it, "Thank you, Yui. I promise I'll be back," he said then he stood up.
"Excuse us, Yui," Alyssa said. I nodded.
Then they walked away.
Now what? What am I going to do? I'm all alone again!
Where the hell is captain Luttrell? I want to dance with him. Hmp! I want to dance with Yuno too, and Ethan. Umm, Felix is a little scary to dance with.
I started walking at the center of the crowd and I was searching for my comrades but I can't find them! Why is there so many people?
Then I saw Ethan but he's dancing with someone else.
I continued walking and searching for them, then I found Yuno, but he was also dancing with other woman.

I touched my chest, it's aching. It feels like I've been stabbed by millions of needles. Why do I feel like this?
The woman he's dancing with is so beautiful. She's so white, her hair is white, her clothes are white, and even her jewelries are white. Her eyes looks like light yellow. She looks like an angel.
Yuno's smiling at her. That genuine smile that I always wanted to see, he's giving it to her that easily. He looks so happy being with that woman. They're both laughing and their eyes are both twinkling.
