means

No one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God. Our carnal minds get in the way. God is so amazingly powerful and does work so mysteriously. All I know is that He works. I don't when or how. Whatever He says comes to be, in His time.
The LORD bless you and keep you;
The LORD make His face shine upon you,
And be gracious to you;
The LORD lift up His countenance upon you,
And give you peace.
Love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.
