This was before Israel even crossed the Jordan. I know there is more so ... why this verse? This is the one God gave me.
God wants us to be sincere, more importantly, truly grateful for what He has given us. God has options, too - the LORD giveth and the LORD taketh away. How many times do you think something is finished, and before it is done, something else happens? Think about .... And be truly grateful. Also, tell God you love Him.
The LORD bless you and keep you;
The LORD make His face shine upon you,
And be gracious to you;
The LORD lift up His countenance upon you,
And give you peace.
Love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.
