NOTE - Grouped characters count as one profile.

The Butcher, The Baker and The Candlestick Maker - These characters have their origins in the nursery rhyme 'Rub a Dub Dub,' published in the second volume of James Hook's Christmas Box (1798). Minor characters in the Heist, they are revealed to have become part of Little Bear's Casino security team in Myth Vegas.

The Three Billy Goats Gruff - Originating in a Norwegian fairy tale of unknown date origin, the tale of the goats was first collected between 1841 and 1844 by Peter Christian Asbjornsen and Jorgen Moe in their book Norske Folkeeventyr. In the Mythlands the three are brothers and work security under Little Bear in Myth Vegas.

Various dead humans who have been reborn in The Mythlands after reaching legendary status - Includes Frankie, Sammy, Deano, Marilyn, the recently arrived David and others.

Mr Toad - First appearing in Kenneth Grahame's The Wind in the Willows published in 1908, Toad is a major character in The Heist. He is not much different from his traditional portrayal but has expanded the scope of his experiences since finding himself in The Mythlands. Toad Hall is now located in the south of the Domain, not too far north of the Magic Forrest.

Toad is a bit over 4 foot tall, good hearted, kind and loyal to a fault, he still retains some of his more negative characteristics such as vanity and ego. The latter traits give him a good deal in common with his good friend The Hare. Toad is not unintelligent but his trusting nature and general outlook (blinkered point of view, obsessions with new crazes and simplistic way of looking at things) sometimes make him appear foolish and naïve. He is often underestimated and can occasionally display rare flashes of insight. He is also a canny businessman and one of the wealthiest individuals in the Mythlands as well as being a major shareholder at MCI which entitles him to a seat on the board.

Since arriving in the Mythlands at its beginnings, Toad has fought his boredom by using his vast wealth to travel the length and breadth of the land (including being a regular high roller in Myth Vegas) and has met many of it's denizens. He counts kings, queens and people of influence among his friends and is very close to King Babar of Elephantland.

His weaknesses include being overly trusting and relying on money to solve problems. However he has recently taken on a sensible new valet/butler who looks after his interests and stops him from making mistakes that he would regret.

King Babar - The king of the Elephants first appeared in Histoire de Babar written by Jean de Brunhoff in 1931. He is very similar to his traditional depiction barring later additions that are not in the public domain.

Unlike many of the other MC characters, Babar and his subjects didn't experience such a traumatic upheaval as his entire realm of Elephantland was relocated to the Mythlands and with a few adjustments to new borders, life continued on normally. Babar has since travelled extensively, extending diplomatic relations to most of the other realms and meeting many of their prominent citizens. He is a major shareholder at MCI and a close personal friend of Mr Toad and The Tortoise.

Babar is a kind hearted and pleasant sort who enjoys a happy married life to his beloved Queen Celeste; he mostly resides (foreign trips and high roller excursions to Myth Vegas aside) in his palace in the capital Celesteville with his children and small grandchildren and is ably assisted by councillors such as Pompadour. Physically Babar is well over six foot and though bulky, mostly slim for an elephant but developing a bit of a stomach in recent years.

Elephantland continues to maintain an uneasy truce with their hostile neighbours in Rhinoland.
