I feel like I haven't updated in ages I'm sorry 😂 I've just been a little busy lately.

The hunger pains grew as I laid in my bed too lazy to get up. I was in the middle of an episode of my favorite tv show,  and I just really didn't want to walk all the way downstairs to get some food.

Shawn💕- hey baby

I smiled and clicked on the text that my husband sent me.

Me- hey babe

I knew that there was no use in going back to the video so I just waited for a response.

Shawn💕- wyd?

Me- dying of hunger hbu?

Shawn💕- at the store getting some snacks, what do you want darling?

Me- omggg ummm chips and a soda sound amazing

Me- oh and some of my favorite candy please

Me- thank you so much

Shawn💕- you're welcome babe, I'll be home in about 20 minutes

I smiled and texted him back with a smile on my face. We had been together for 3 years and it still seemed like we were in the puppy love stage. He still managed to spark that feeling that takes over my whole body and instantly makes me happy.

I turned off my phone and went back to the episode I was watching. Just as I was finishing the episode I heard the front door open and Shawn's deep voice, "babe?"

I pulled the covers off of me and walked down the stairs. I turned the corner to see Shawn placing the plastic bags down on the kitchen counter.

"Hey." I said walking over to him. He looked up from the bags and turned his head. A smile tugged on his lips when he saw me. I stopped in front of him and wrapped my arms around his neck. He placed his large hands on my hips before placing a sweet lingering kiss on my lips.

"Thank you for getting some things." I said pulling away from him to get my snacks.

He shrugged as he threw the bags away, "no problem."

"Want to watch a movie?" I asked opening the pack of skittles.

"Of course." He said before following me up the stairs to our bedroom. We both laid down beside each other and pulled the blankets over us. I snuggled close to him as he put on our favorite movie to watch together.

"Sharing is caring." Shawn said looking down at the pack of skittles in my hand.

I smiled and poured a few on my hands, "you only can have the orange ones." I said giving him all the orange ones.

"Fine." He said playfully rolling his eyes as I handed him my least favorite flavor of skittles.

He placed another kiss on my lips. This one was more passionate and loving. When we pulled away I laid my head back down on his chest and watched the movie as he played with my hair. I eventually ended up drifting into a peaceful sleep in the man that  i loved arms.
