~A. Ham's POV~

Why does it have to be so cold in the Winter here? 

I never really saw snow until now, so it's a new experience.

In Nevis, we didn't have much snow and in the Winter, it wasn't really cold.

I walked and walked on the snow. 

Peggy said that I should've put more clothes on, I never really listened to her. I should've listened to her.

I arrive as a very familiar house. It doesn't look like the place The Sisters and I live, but John's.

I sigh in relief. I run as fast as I can to the door and knock.

After a minute, the door opens.

"Alex?" John said.

"Hey" I awkwardly said. (dOeS ThAt mAkE sEnSe?)

He allows me in. I take my jacket off. He walks towards the couch, I follow him. He sists down and I sit down next to him.

"Wh-" He started.

"I've been walking in the snow for 20 minutes, my hands are freezing" I cut him off.

"Let me se-" He said. 

He touched my hands. He removed them after a second.

"wHOAH, they are freezing, let me turn the heater on" He said.

He nearly stood up and walked over to a little machine.

"You don't have to, I have to get home soon" I said.

"No, it's ok, I don't mind" He said.

He started turning on the heater.

"Sorry, I know I'm not supposed to be here" I said.

"Don't say that, it's at least 30 minutes to your apartment and another 5 you would've frozen to death" He laughed.

He came back to the couch and sat down next to me.

I put my hands around my body, as if hugging myself. I started shaking a little.

"Look, you're shaking, come" He said.

He hugged me. I smiled because it was even warmer in his arms. Every single second I could hear his heart. Thump.. Thump.. Thump...

I look up at him and his eyes widen.

"I-I'm sorry, I didn't mean to do that" He began to pull away.

I drag him back to me into the hug.

"No, it's nice, I can hear your heart beating" I say as I lay my head in his chest.

Thumpthumothumpthumpthumpthump

His heart was beating even faster than before. I look up at him. He's.. blushing?

"Are you.. Blushing?" I asked.

"Whaaat?" He said, awkwardly, "Noooo"

"Did I get the ever-stoic, hardcore John to blush?" I said.

"No.. It's the cold" He answered.

"Huh, it's the cold and not that I told you 'your face is freaking adorable and I bet the rest of you is too'?" I asked.

His face got a darker red.

"N-no" His voice cracked.

Then my phone ringed.

"WAOWYOUBETTERGETTHAT, AMIRIGHT?" He said.

I laughed a little and picked up my phone.

Pegasus of my heart💛 is calling..

I answered.

"Where are you?" Peggy's voice sounded over the phone.

"I'm at John's" I said.

"Are you staying there?" I can feel her doing a smug face through the phone.

"I don't know" I said.

"Did you do it ye--" She said before I hung up.

"noPE" I whispered.

I look over to John, which his face is now back to normal color.

"Can I stay the night?" I asked.

"Sure" He said.

EXTRA SCENE BY PEGGY

~Peggy's POV~

"Did you do it yet?" I asked.

Alexandra hamilham has hung up.

She gonna do ittt.

"ANGIE, LIZAAAA, ALEX IS NOT COMING BACK TODAY, SHE'S STAYING AT JOHN'S PROBABLY DOING IT" I screamed.

Angie almost inmidiatly appeared in me and Alex's room.

I kept on looking at Steven Universe stuff, waiting for it to update.

"Alex is doing what?" Angie asked.

I looked at her and did a face.

"peGGY ANSWER ME WHAT IS SHE DOING, DON'T GIVE ME THAT FACE AND TURN BACK TO YOUR PHONE!"
