Sick Right before a concert

You sigh as you sit backstage with Keith. It was right before Keith had to go on stage and he said that he didn't feel good. You knew he was sick because on the ride to the place where he would be playing. He complained of a stomach ache and had been pressing his hands against his stomach. That's how he was sitting now next to you on the couch moaning in pain. "I feel like I'm gonna throw up" he wails and gags. He's shaking and sweating. You frown "I know baby I know I'll go to try and get a bucket for you ok? Sit tight" you say as you quickly get up to go find a bucket. Once you come back empty handed you find him throwing up a lot. "Oh No Keith!" You say as you run over to him and sit down next to him and reach your hand over to rub his back. Once he finishes he leans back against the couch. Puke dripping from his chin. He starts crying "Shh buddy shh it's ok it's ok" you say as you try to calm him down. You then get up to get a towel to clean up the mess and a tissue to wipe his mouth.
You sigh once you get the towel and a tissue you head back to him. He's still crying "I don't want to cancel the concert" he wailed you frown and sigh as you throw the towel on the floor to start cleaning up the mess.
Keith had been perfectly fine all day but then after everyone had gone to dinner and gotten back on the bus. Keith started to not feel good. He had told you he felt nauseous and his stomach had really started to hurt. He thankfully didn't get sick until now. You frown "I know sweetie but you really aren't feeling well right now" you say to him. As you approach him and you use the tissue to wipe his face. You then take your other hand to place your hand on his forehead and find it feeling very warm. "Yep you definitely have a fever we definitely have to cancel the concert tonight I know you hate letting your fans down but you could get sick on stage and we can't have that now can we?" You say he nods and hangs his head. "I feel like shit" he says
"I know let's go back to the tour bus and we'll have the band tell the fans.
You say as you get up and finish cleaning up the mess before going to throw the dirty towel away in the garbage.
Later on the tour bus
You sigh as your kneel down next to Keith as he pukes into the toilet. You frown as you rub his back. Once he finishes he gets up and heads over to the sink to wash his face then he stumbles out of the bathroom and heads over to his bunk and lays down. You frown as you get up too and head over to check on him. You find him typing something on his phone. Then he shows it too you it's a tweet that reads:
Hey guys it's Keith here I'm really upset to inform you that I'm not feeling well enough to do the show I have a bad fever that started right before the show started. I will make sure everyone will get refund on tickets I love you guys and I'm so sorry for letting you guys down -KU
"Aw Babe you didn't let anyone down you just sick out of nowhere it's ok sweetheart" you say as you lean over him to kiss his forehead. "I'll get a puke bucket for you ok?" You say he nods as you head to get the bucket you also grab some rags you then head into the bathroom and get the rags wet with cold water. Then you head back to Keith's bunk. You head over to him and then you place the wet rags on his forehead and neck. He sighs with relief as the cold cloth touches him. "That better?" You ask he nods and sighs heavily. You sigh "you want me to sleep with you?" You ask "Yes please" he says
"Ok move over" you say. He obeys and moves over so you can lay down next to him. Once your next to him you pull him close to you. "I'm glad the girls aren't here they would be bothering me and I wouldn't be able to help you as much." You say as you kiss his forehead. He nods and sighs and closes his eyes and falls asleep. You smile as you watch him sleep and then you kiss his forehead again. "Goodnight sweet boy I love you" you say as you fall asleep too.
Keith was sick for a few days and you had to cancel some of his shows which he wasn't a fan of doing but he knew better than to protest.
