77.The person who knew her real identity

"Brother, did they invite both of you?" Lisa asked out of blue.

A streak of coldness glint passed through Taehyung's eyes as he said "No, they invited me. I thought it was alright to come and check what's going on with them. But, when we came, Old Master Gong was looking at both of us as if we are piece of meats. Above all these things, he knows my real identity which was the most shocking thing."

When Taehyung previously saw the invitation lying in his office, he was stunned for a second. But then again, he had no intention of offending Gong Family and there were no losses so he decided to come. And grabbing the golden opportunity, he called Jennie telling her that he has no female companion.

Jennie initially rolled her eyes at him. Who would believe that the handsome CEO of Blue Star has no female companion for an event? But she agreed to come because it has been a long time since she met him.

To avoid the reporters, they entered through a different gate since Taehyung was a VVIP. One of them was a renowned CEO and the other was an infamous doctor plus the Young Miss of Jeon Family. It was best for them to remain low profile lest it creates an uproar.

Lisa and Jin could've avoided the media but they don't have any reason to. Taehyung's face was known to public as a hot CEO and desirable eligible bachelor just like Jungkook and Jin. Being in the entertainment industry, he couldn't avoid his face being revealed to magazines and news and he never tried to avoid it.

But when it came to Lisa, she was completely low-profile. She is known as the business queen, a legend yet noone has ever seen her face. So, it was not at all a problem if she accompanies Jin as his partner because there would be no ruckus since noone can recognize her.

And that is what really happened. Although the reporters were mesmerized by her peerless unrivalled beauty but they didn't try to dig deeper in her background. Because by how graceful she was, they thought she must be from a prestigious family.

Although they were trying to ship her with Jin but they didn't spread unnecessary rumours of them being a couple. All of them knew that not every female companion is your girlfriend or wife but they can be friends or sister too. And who would've the guts to provoke the Second Young Master Jeon?

Lisa, being the smart-ass she was, has already predicted these outcomes so she was not a bit worried about walking on the red carpet.

The 'real identity' that Taehyung mentioned about was not the CEO of Blue Star Entertainment but the Young Master of Kim Family. What he meant to say the Gongs were well-informed about him being the Young Master of Kims.

Jennie had no idea about that and neither she had any interest in knowing it. She was a person who was never attracted to any kind of gossips. Well, since it was regarding Taehyung, she was a bit curious but she didn't throw any unnecessary questions at him.

Whenever the time is right, he must tell her. So, she had no intentions of bothering him. If Taehyung had heard her inner thoughts, then he would have felt lucky to encounter such a great woman in this lifetime who is so considerate.

Lisa and Jin sucked in a cold breath because they understood what he meant by knowing the 'real identity'. Just what are these Gongs upto?

Jin was completely shocked. They have hidden it too well yet these Gongs can find it after investigation. He suddenly looked around as he thought 'Ehehehhe...What will I do if I encounter a creepy stalker? I am a desirable man ofcourse.'

He smirked at the thought of it. If Kim could hear his thoughts, she would have started wondering since when her pufferfish has became so narcissistic.

Taehyung's phone started ringing waking them up from their trance and he answered it immediately, his face darkening with every word his secretary reported.

Taehyung glanced at the trio and said "We have to leave right now. Two models created a complete ruckus and one of them is admitted in hospital after their fight. I'll have to check it."

Jennie nodded "Let's go."

After bidding goodbye, both of them left. Lisa and Jin were talking to each other as Lisa elegantly took a sip of her cocktail when someone said ''Vice President Jeon, nice to meet you," the man paused and added "President Kim, it's an honour to have you here."

Jin was previously about to nod but when he heard the latter part his eyes almost bulged out. He abruptly turned around to see the man who knew his sister-in-law's identity.

Lisa almost choked on her drink. Calming herself, she gulped the drink slowly and turned around. There she saw a middle-aged man holding a wine glass and twirling it. Despite his age, the man possessed the strong aura of a leader. Even if there were some wrinkles on his face, his handsomeness was undeniable.

As Lisa glanced at his black orbs, she felt a sense of familiarity but she soon averted her gaze and coldly asked "You are?"

Jin: "_" Aren't you so great, Lali? This is why I always say that you should stay updated about news and magazines. First, you failed to recognize my brother, thought of him as an employee and married him. Now, you fail to recognize this legendary figure.

The man's initial cold facade broke as he glanced at Lisa with a doting gaze and said "As expected from you. Let me introduce myself, I am Gong Yoo."

Lisa narrowed her eyes as she scanned the man infront of her and nonchalantly said "Nice to meet you, Mr. Gong."

A glint of sorrow flashed in his eyes when she addressed him as 'Mr. Gong' but he quickly concealed it and flashed her a smile as he said "Nice to meet you too, little girl. You are so pretty."

Lisa was distracted by his loving attitude but Jin was on high alert and he noticed that sorrowful gaze of the man. He narrowed his eyes 'Eh? Why did he look like a child who wanted to eat candy but got rejected?'

"Excuse me for a bit," Gong Yoo said and both Lisa and Jin nodded.
