I sat on the swing and watch as Nikolai headed towards me. I looked up at him, "Nikolai?" He stared at my lips and then at my eyes. Longing in them. "Yes Moya Lyubov ?" I smiled and motioned at him to bend down.

"Kiss me and make me yours again. Please?" He didn't hesitate to put his lips on mine. His soft lips kissed me with urgency, and I felt alive again, like if I was drowning and he pulled me up for oxygen.

"Delilah, I'm so fucking sorry. I never meant to hurt you. I will die always regretting making you cry. Baby your mine, mine to protect, mine to take care of, mine to fuck." Chocolate chips this man will be the death of me.

"I'm never letting you go again." Good. He pushed me on the swing and I enjoyed the air blowing through my hair. The sunset was very beautiful. I got bored of the swing and then went off to picking flowers from the field. Nikolai behind me holding them as I handed them to him. He was awfully quiet and I was sick of it.

"What's wrong amor?" He grabs my hand and leads me to sit down. "Delilah, I wasn't being selfish by keeping the twins there. Believe me I tried getting us out. I wrote to you everyday, every minute. They never sent you my letters and they never gave me yours, they never sent my family the letters of me begging them to take me out of there."

My heart broke for Nikolai, I'm a bitch. I made him feel guilty of something he had no control over. He tried and I made him feel less.

"The reason they took it out on us was because we killed his niece Vanessa. I had no idea Delilah, and now they're after you and Cynthia. Delilah you have to be careful do you understand?" Pumpkin pie. Me?

"But why me?" He sighs and pulls me in closer. "I was arranged to marry Vanessa." I moved away from him, he clenched his jaw clearly upset, chocolate chips. "I thought you told me she lied about you being engaged to each other." Am I going crazy or?

"We were, but my father called it off when I refused to marry someone that wasn't you. That upset her and her family. She always had a crush on me but I always had my eyes on someone else." This jealousy brewed inside me and I couldn't help but glare at the ground. Who else did he like? Did he date her.

I was about to ask who when he spoke first. "Are you jealous malyshka?" I narrowed my eyes at him and sat up straighter. "I don't get jealous. Why should I it's not like your dating them right now." He stared at me and I broke character.

"Who was that other girl you had eyes for? Was she in our grade? But you never spoke to anybody. How did she look like?, did you ever ask her out?" He smiled at I got even more upset was I being stupid?

"She was very beautiful, she had long dark brown hair. Has the prettiest hazel eyes. and she would always wear this pink bow. She's in our grade. And I speak to her all the time, I'm practically in love with her." My heart feels like it's going to shatter.

"Are you talking about me? Because if you aren't I'm going to ugly cry." He laughed and pulled me to his chest. I love his laugh. "Of course I'm talking about you Delilah. I've been in love with you since we were kids. I'm not marrying any other girl that's not you. I refuse to." I relaxed in his embrace.

"I liked this kid in elementary too." He tensed up and hugged me tighter. Idiot. "Yea he was always mean to me. Glared at me from the corner of the room. He was very adorable. He only spoke to me I felt special." He kissed my forehead. "I was not mean to you." I gasped and turned around to face him.

"You so were! You pushed me on the swing sets hard that I ended up flying out and breaking my arm. And then when I brought you a sandwich wanting to share my food with you, you looked me in the eye and said I had germs." He laughed so hard and soon enough I laughed with him.

"Baby, the only reason why I pushed you off was because this ugly ass girl slammed into my back causing me to push you on accident. And I didn't eat your sandwich cause I hate them." Now it makes so much sense.

"Then why'd you glare at me from across the room!" He shook his head with the biggest smile on his face I mentally took a picture of him. "I was glaring at jake who sat behind you and kept playing with the tips of your hair. It's okay I broke two of his fingers for it."

I gaped at him In shock. What the hell! "Nikolai, why'd you break his fingers! He did nothing to me. You didn't see me pulling girls hairs every time they talked to you did you." He shrugged and played with my hair.

"He touched what was mine, no one touches you with out permission Delilah. And I wouldn't complain if you pulled those obnoxiously loud girls hair. In fact I would have enjoyed the scene." I kissed him, who would have thought this man is so obsessed with me. "I'm so irrevocably in love with you Delilah." He looked at me and I knew we'd be alright.

"Omg! I haven't showed you my new bookstore. Babe come on let's go don't forget my flowers." I got up and started walking to the car, I've worked so hard on this store, with the help of my family of course. But it's one of the few things that I'm proud of.

I was in the car waiting for Nikolai and when he got in he just had a content look. "Seat belt malysh." Oh right. I put my seatbelt on and then we were off.

AN: I love little Delilah and Nikolai. I feel like writing a bonus chapter of them as kids. They're finally together, Yaya.
