Chapter 82

I woke up happier than usual. I got ready for the day and checked the twins room hoping they got here already. I entered Aleksandrs room and saw him sleeping cuddled up with his stuffed animal Cynthia got him.

I didn't see nova and bear and I knew who had them. I went into Dimitri's room and see him awake watching something in his phone.

I smiled at him and went to go hug him. "I missed you! So how did it go, was your guys trip fun?" He nodded and closed his eyes. Dimitri doesn't sleep much, he falls asleep when I rant though, which is kinda mean but if it helps then it's okay I guess.

"Guess what, yesterday Nikolai sent me flowers. How sweet is he, and today he's picking me up with chicken nuggets. I love chicken nuggets. Oh yesterday nova missed you so much she was clawing at your door that's why there's nail scratches on the door, but it's okay you guys are reunited now. I was so lonely I'm glad you're back though, you need to continue your art lessons, I think I'm this close to becoming a professional."

I heard a small snore and I smiled in satisfaction knowing he finally got some sleep. I exited his room and went downstairs to the kitchen. We lived in the ivanovs house now, Ronans request. I'm fine with it, I've grown attached to the twins, my brothers been moved out I miss them even though they come almost everyday.

I walked into the kitchen and greeted Greta our cook, such a sweet lady. She loves to learn new cooking recipes from my mom, and I love to bake with her.

"Good morning princess.what do you have planned for the day?" Ronan kissed the top of my head lightly and I smiled at the thought he genuinely wants to know about my days. "I'm going out with Nikolai today." He stops mid drink and looked at me. He currently dislikes Nikolai at the moment.

"Have fun I guess? But if he makes you cry again I'm kicking his ass this time. I don't care if he's my best friend son." I laughed and hugged him. "Yay hugs!" Aleksandr said from behind us and joined in making Ronan grumble.

"Okay enough I have to go to work. Make sure you guys eat." Ronan left the kitchen and me and Aleksandr stayed eating Dimitri later on joining, I was upset he didn't sleep for longer but it's progress.

"I have to get ready!" I ran up my room and couldn't decide what to wear I haven't seen Nikolai in two months. What if he doesn't like how I look anymore. I sat on my bed looking at Aleksandr go through my closet. I would ask Elijah since he always helps me out but he's not here anymore.

"Perfect here you go." Aleksandr handed me a white off shoulder shirt with jeans. And I shook my head. He frowned and continued to look. I didn't want to tell him that the shirt would have been too loose because of my weight loss.

He found another outfit and I nodded happily which made him sigh in relief. "Aren't I the best brother ever Dimitri." I was walking to my bathroom when I heard Dimitri mumble a no which made me laugh. He's too funny.

The boys stayed in my room watching movies, while I did my makeup making conversation then and there. When I was done I looked in the mirror and hated how I looked.

To look at yourself in the mirror and wishing you'd simply don't exist, looking at yourself, picking at all your flaws and wanting to die, is a feeling I don't wish on anyone.

"Delilah you look pretty. Stop nitpicking yourself." Aleksandr said looking at me. I sighed and sat down watching the movies with them until the doorbell rang.

I suddenly don't want to go anymore. "Come on. Delilah you got this and remember if it doesn't work out, he was ugly anyways." I smiled and nodded at Aleksandr. I texted Cynthia really quick in case she has to pick me up if it's too awkward.

I went downstairs and opened the door. I looked behind me and see the twins sitting down on the stairs encouraging me. Holy chocolate chips did he get more taller, or did I shrink.

And why is he big muscle wise. Has he been hitting the gym?. Holy chocolate chips he got tattoos, I'm going to perish. I heard laughs and I realized I said that shit aloud. Kill me now.

Nikolai looked at me with the same look he always did when we were together and that alone reassured me. "Hi" I gave a small smile and closed the door behind me. "Hi malyshka." I smiled at the name. And couldn't help but hug him.

He picked me up making me wrap my leg as around his waist. "God Delilah, I missed this so much. I have a lot of things I need to tell you." He put me down and we walked to his car.

When I entered the smell of chicken nuggets greeted me. This is why I love him. I looked at him waiting and he only laughed and reached into the backseat and handed me my chicken nuggets. Yaya.

He drove us somewhere, his hand never letting go of mine while I ate my chicken nuggets humming to the music playing.

When we arrived it was in this field, with willow tree a swing and it made a smile appear on my face. I started walking to it, amazed at how the sky looked from this view and how all the flowers made the view perfect. I turned to look at Nikolai and see him still standing right where I left him.

"Come on, I need someone to push me." He snaps out of whatever he was thinking and walks towards me. I missed him, I miss being this happy.
