"How was I?" Sandro asked. He just finished his orientation and he went straight to me.
"You did great, Sands!" He smiled at me said thank you. Pumunta na kami ulit sa office niya and cinongratulate naman si Sandro. Lumayo ako onti kay Sandro and pumunta sa may gilid para di ko naman ma distract si Sandro dahil kinakausap na niya yung iba. Simon saw me and agad na lumapit.
"hey, are you okay?" he asked and tumungo naman ako.
"Tara, dun tayo sa loob so you can be comfortable" He might've noticed how uncomfortable I was kasi wala naman ako kakilala and nakatayo lang ako sa isang gilid.
"Kuya" Simon called Sandro notified him that they were going inside.
Hindi naman yata napansin ni Sandro pero sumunod nalang ako kay Simon kasi ayaw ko naman guluhin si Sandro.
We went inside Sandro's office and no one was there. We sat on a chair malapit sa desk ni Sandro.
"Si? do you know Alliyah?" I asked him and napatingin naman siya sakin.
"Alliyah? hmmmm, I think I met her earlier"
"Why?" he added
"I just saw her gave me a nasty glare earlier when she left Sandro's office"
"What? Have you told kuya?"
"No, I don't wanna jump into any conclusions baka mali lang ako"
"Are you sure? She was a little bit touchy when I was talking to her earlier"
"Really? when I entered Sandro's office she was standing beside him and laughing. It's like they're flirting" Nainis naman ako ng maalala ko yung nangyare kanina and now that I've heard Simon's experience parang may iba.
"Don't overthink things muna, maybe it was just my hunch" Simon reminded me
"Yeah, baka nga. She's just a little suspicious"
We talked for a bit while waiting for Sandro and I learned a lot from Simon.
We were alone for like 20 minutes when Sandro came inside.
"Hey love, Hey Si" Sandro greeted.
"Hi love" I stood up and gave him a hug. He hugged me back and sat on his chair.
"Kuya, I have a question. Who's Alliyah?" Simon asked. Napatingin naman ako sakanya and trying to tell him to stop.
"Alliyah? she's new. She's been helping the crew and taking care of others"
"Including you?" tanong uli ni Simon
"Yes, sometimes but I try not to be too close" Simon nodded and I scrolled down on my phone muna.
"babe? have you texted Ethan?" Sandro asked
"Not yet, is he home?"
"Yeah. I texted him earlier because I didn't know where you were"
We were cut off when someone knocked on the door.
"Sandro?" a man called.
"pasok" sabi ni Sands
"Hey Sandro, patignan naman tong files and gusto ka ulit maging guest speaker sa susunod na hanggat nandito ka sa Ilocos"
"Sige, oo nga pala Brody, you know my brother, Simon?" Sandro asked
"Yes! hello, nice to meet you. Nako bakit ngayon ka lang naka dalaw?" Brody asked
"Busy kasi ako e, ngayon lang ako nag ka time para umuwi"
