Rolling over to sit up on the edge of the bed, I don't make it far as I instead land on a chest.

"I know for a fact I fell asleep here last night, you don't have that excuse," I blame.

"My excuse is that Beth stayed at Noah's again and I missed you," Taeyang breathes, wrapping his arm tighter around me.

"Glenn's gonna catch on one day," I remind, "And then-"

"Glenn has already caught on."

Taeyang and I nearly knock ourselves and each other out as we scramble to sit up, looking to where Maggie was leaning in the doorway with a grin on her face.

"He has suspicions anyway so he sent me on the lookout," she explains, "If you get up in five minutes and help me in the fields, I won't tell him."

At once, we're crawling out of bed and standing up. Maggie laughs, pointing to us as she reminds- 'five minutes' and leaves to go downstairs.

"Maggie has more mercy, right?" Taeyang asks.

"Maggie is scarier than Glenn sometimes," I say as I pick up my jacket, "Maybe most of the time."

It'd been just under a month since the herd and the streets were clear again. Runs were happening again, everyone was going back to their normal jobs, Maggie and I had fully moved into Deanna's old office, Carl had woken up from his injury.. And Ron Anderson was still nowhere to be found.

Rick figures that he wanted to get away from everything that had happened- Pete and Sam's deaths, Jessie's grief, and the Ben situation. So, he snuck out. But, Rick said Ron still had no clue what he was doing out there and was more than likely taken down by a walker within the first hours of his time outside the walls.

"The flat cord would be better- they last longer. But, if you find the THHN one, that would work, too," I hand Daryl the list.

"This was easier when all I had to get you was some batteries and ear plugs," he scoffs, putting the list in his pocket.

"Well, I'm not fifteen anymore and have a job," I shrug.

"Yeah, now you boss me around," he huffs, "We'll be back in a couple hours."

"I'll find your supplies, Hana. Don't worry," Rick smiles as he gets into the car.

"Thank you, Rick," I grin.

"I have the list," Daryl reminds.

"Rick has the brain," I point out making Daryl roll his eyes with a cough to cover a smile that tried to grow.

"Could you do me a favor while we're out there?" Rick asks, peeking his head out of the window.

"What's that?" I ask.

"Keep an eye on Carl? He wants to go out of the walls with Enid again, but his aim still isn't quite what it needs to be. I want him to adjust fully before he's out there for too long at a time."

"You want my to babysit?" I question.

"Beth is the one babysitting the actual baby, I need you to guard my teen."

"I'll talk to him," I agree.

"Can-"

"And I won't let him know that you sent me," I cut him off.

"You're my favorite," Rick snaps his fingers.

--

"Your dad said stop going over the walls," I tell Carl.
