Atty. Christine Villeza

This is the third day after the arraignment of Sandoval but it feels like it was yesterday. The court also gave us permission to cross-examine all the pieces of evidence found from the crime scene.

Now, Jelsey and I are now studying the Further and Better Particulars, and the Bill of Particulars inside Sandoval's room. "I think we must celebrate this." he even suggested.

Napakunot ang noo ko. "Celebrate what?" I turned these sheets into the next page. "Celebrate na posible kang makulong, Sandoval?"

Ngumisi ito at bahagyang natawa. He reclined his back on his seat and crossed his arms. "No. Let's celebrate that the arraignment has been finished!" He exclaimed loudly.

"Palusot mo, Sandoval! Gusto mo lang uminom eh."

Sandoval smiled and chuckle. "To be honest, I really wanted to drink right now. Unfortunately, I'm detained."

"What do you want to say, Sandoval? Gusto mong lumipat ako sa prosecution?" I fought back.

"Hey, I'm on it." "I also wanted to drink. Matagal na akong hindi nalalasing eh."

"Are you on drugs, Jelsey?"

"You meant literally? Hell no!" Natawa ito ng bahagya. "I just wanted to be high so I could forget The Times for a day. You know."

"The Times." I trailed off. "You mean Jeffrey Skyler?

"He demands a dinner every time I want a piece of information about Sandoval's case. How bad is that? Nakakainis talaga ang gagong 'yon." she hissed.

"Maybe he wants to date you." I looked at the particulars that I was reading. "Or he wants to make love with you."

"What the fuck, Christine? "Err, whatever. I gotta go. Iinom tayo mamaya pagbalik ko."

Sandoval waved his hand to Jelsey with a grin on his face. "Tuwang-tuwa ah."

"Syempre, na-miss ko rin 'yong alak 'no." he acquiesced.

I retorted and rolled my eyes. Natawa naman siya sa aking tinuran. "But whatever, I got to ask you something."

"What is it?" He cleared his throat and composed himself. "Tungkol ba sa nakaraan natin?" He jested.

I didn't mind his latter question. Baka kasi maupakan ko pa ang isang 'to. "According to this particulars, John Tyler and your fiancé, Charisse Villaluna, are blood-related. Magkapatid silang dalawa.

It should be in the police report. Maybe they didn't put it there or you just----!"
