so for clarification. the suspense is the fact we don't know where she is going.
Tim is in the van outside. he has just got
off the phone to angela.
Seeing the pinkish water triggered a flashback of her being back in hospital losing star as well as the same thoughts she had at the time. Plus new ones.
When she was washing her shirt in the sink it brought back a flashback of her being at the hospital losing her baby so it wasn't exactly her passing out more of a flashback.
But the flashback was hazy as she was trying to block it out.
The water feeling she had was when she had her baby she felt that sensation but it also links to how she had left the burning hot tap running still, and it overflowed.
