Ashton: (snaps) Shut up, Calum. (to Luke) We text all the time, why didn't you tell me?
Luke: (shocked) I didn't think it mattered.
Calum: (glances worriedly between the two of them, reaches a hand out to Ashton) Ash, come on. Calm down. He didn't know.
Ashton: (angry) Well, he could have told me! I thought we were friends!
Calum: (sharp, under his breath) You'll never make friends acting like that.
Luke: (steps in, pulls Ashton in for a one-armed hug) I'm sorry. (quietly, stroking his hair) If I knew it meant that much to you, I would have said something. I just didn't think you'd react like this. (pulls away slightly) I'll tell you next time, yeah?
Ashton: (sniffles) Promise?
Luke: (smiling) Promise. Now, I'm going to grab a bite to eat. Wanna come with? (Ashton nods, Luke turns to Calum) You can tag along, too, if you want.
Calum: (shocked, shakes head) Uh, no. I got some stuff I need to do. (hesitating) Just...make sure he gets home safe.
Luke: Of course.
Calum: (to Ashton) See you, Ashy.
Ashton: (bright, one arm still hugging Luke) Bye, Cal! (waves, blows him a kiss)
Calum: (smiles, blows one back) Bye. (walks away, shaking his head, still shocked)
Luke: (pulls away, grabs Ashton's hand, leads Him to his car) Let's go, koala bear.
Ashton: (surprised, happy, lets himself be dragged) I want Taco Bell!
