Calum: (opens door with his spare key) Ash? (hears whimpering) Ashton? (walks into living room to find Ashton on the floor, crying, rushes over) Ashton! What happened.
Ashton: (sniffling) I hate him. I hate, hate, hate him.
Calum: (confused, reaches out to hold Ashton) Sweetheart?
Ashton: (pulls away, wraps arms around himself) Really hate him. I can't help but hate him.
Calum: (sighs) We're talking about him now?
Ashton: (fierce) I hate him. He's an idiot. Biggest idiot in the world.
Calum: What did he do?
Ashton: (pulls an envelope from the coffee table and throws it at Calum) Idiot thinks I wanna see him. See him in concert, Calum!
Calum: (sighs) He just wants to see you. He's sorry.
Ashton: Sorry for what? Taking everything away from me?!
Calum: That's taking it a bit far.
Ashton: (loud, angry) No! It's not! I was happy! Life was fine! I had everything! Everything! Then he came in and ripped it all away from me! He took it all away and now he thinks he can make up for it by shoving it all in my face with those stupid concert tickets!
Calum: (quietly) Sweetheart.
Ashton: (small, crying now) I hate him. I hate him so much.
Calum: Ashton, stop saying things you don't mean.
Ashton: (snappy) You always side with him! Ever since the...the b-break up! You've always sided with him!
Calum: You're overreacting, Ashton.
Ashton: Shut up, Calum!
Calum: Do you want me to leave you alone?
Ashton: (irritated, childlike) Just go do what you want, Calum. You always do.
Calum: (stands, sighs) I'll hold onto these for you. (holds up envelope) In case you wanna go. (exits)
Ashton: (scoffs, to himself) I never went to the last three. What makes you think this time will be any different?
