Warning: shittness ahead!
It had been 3 days since the party and me and Emily had stayed in contact, she had become a good friend and it was great to have someone to talk to about girl things, Maxi could only do for so long!
We were at work and it was a hot spring day, I was driving in the rhino with Terry when Jake came over the radio
" hey guys we've got a suspected leg injury down at south end, can you go and see to that please?"
" sure thing" Terry replied whilst I drove through the crowds. There was a small crowd of people waving us over and we drove over to them, they were by the water and through the mass of people I could see someone on the floor. We jumped out
" so whats the problem then?" Terry asked as we weaved through the people, when we reached the boy we finally saw.
His leg seemed to be bending in the middle of the lower leg, it was clearly a broken bone
" arhhh!" the man writhed in pain. He looked to be about early thirties and a woman was crouched down next to him.
" oh right" Terry said he picked up the radio " hey jake we're gonna need a ambo, a severe fracture to the lower leg"
" hello love, right we're going to need to splint the leg and move you up to the tower where we can get you pain relief" I said softly. I saw terry get the splint out the back of the rhino. " are you his wife?" I asked
" yep, I'm nikki, his names Harry, is he going to be ok?" she said
" He will be fine when we get the leg splinted and him up in the tower with pain relief, is it just you two here today?"
" no we have our little girl Jazz here" Nikki said pointing to a little girl playing in the sand near us.
" Ok that's fine", Terry walked over with the cardboard splint
" right Harry, this may hurt but the quicker the better, Jorja you know what to do" he said. I grasped his leg and very slowly lifted it slightly so Terry could slide the splint underneath. As I lifted his leg however, the bone moved under my hand. It took all my strength not to gag as I looked away from the leg. I could feel the bone in 2 parts in my hands.
" ARHH!, CRAP!" Harry yelled
" Sorry mate" Terry said as he fastened the buckles " you need the splint on"
" Nikki I'm sorry" Harry said as tears formed in his eyes
" its not your fault" she soothed
" can I ask what happened?" I said
" a board crashed into his leg in the surf" she said, I winced a little.
" ok, Jorja can you back the rhino right up here please?" Terry asked. I jumped in the rhino and slowly backed up to where they were. I jumped out " right Harry, we need to get you on the rhino, so we are going to lift you on, try to avoid moving your leg, We'll do that for you" Terry said
We grasped harry on either side of his body and very carefully lifted him onto the rhino. He was grimacing in pain as I carefully placed his leg up.
" We'll get you some pain relief up in the tower" I said " Nikki are you ready?"
Nikki grabbed little Jazz and we walked behind the rhino up to the tower. When we arrived Harries came bounding out with a green whistle.
" here you are mate, a few good puffs on that and you'll feel a little euphoric" he smiled. Harry took a few puffs and soon began swaying and chatting about complete rubbish.
" hey Jazz, daddy loves you! and he's going to buy you a pony!" he exclaimed, Jazz was about 7 and the smile she gave was amazing!
" Really daddy!, can we call it sugarlump!" she gasped climbing up to him
" call it whatever you want!"
" okay Harry, I think your gonna regret that" nikki said placing her hands on either side of her face. We just all laughed and soon after the paramedics turned up. Terry debriefed them and they walked over to Harry
" hello harry, we're taking you to the hospital to get X rayed ok?" one of the paramedics said
" TO THE WINDOW, TO THE WALLLL TO THE SWEAT DRIP DOWN MY BALLS AND ALL YOU BITCHES FALL!" Harry sung crazily " I love that film, I love the proposal!" he yelled as they wheeled him away
" I'm so sorry, but thank you" Nikki said as she walked off red faced. Me and Terry walked up into the tower. " urh that break was horrific" I said to the boys in the tower " it was just moving in pieces in my hands" I shuddered. Me and Terry went back to our post and continued on with the day.
At the end of the day everyone was up in the tower as we packed up, I was scrolling through my phone when absentmindedly I started singing
" to the window to the walls to the sweat drip down my balls and all you bitches fall. Let me see get low you scared you scared, drop your ass to the floor you scared you scared" I mumbled " no stop oh now wiggle it now stop oh now wiggle it and jiggle it"
" what the fuck are you singing!" I heard someone say and I looked up to see all the boys looking at me " oh was I loud?"
All the boys burst out laughing " what songs that?"
" Lil john get low!, its in the film the proposal! I exclaimed typing it into YouTube and showing the boys. I showed them the dancing scene and it ended with them all trying to copy it.
" No your doing it wrong!" I laughed, I went into the middle next to maxi and showed them how Sandra bullock danced in that scene. It came to the bridge and I started doing the dance, dropping my bum down and flailing my arms around with maxi. It ended with us all in hysterics, me and maxi especially!
Me and Jesse went home shortly after. Getting into the apartment we got dinner ready and I chose the film.
" whats this?" Jesse asked after I had put the plates in the dishwasher
" the proposal" I smiled
About 10 minutes into the film Jesse was confused " so she asked him to marry him why?"
" coz she would have been deported back to Canada"
" ohhh, and why are they visiting the parents?"
" just keep watching and you'll work it out" I laughed
It came up to the dancing bit and I couldn't help but sing along " gurrrllll you cray cray" Jesse said in a stupid voice making me laugh. I was drooling over Ryan Reynolds quite happily during the film, by the end I think Jesse had finally managed to work out what was going on!
" god I love that film!" I laughed whilst walking to bed. As Jesse went into the bathroom I checked my Instagram.
" that little shit!" I exclaimed
I didn't realise Whippet had filmed the whole thing, me singing and dancing. I watched the video in horror to see me doing the butt drop dance thing and singing, I scrolled through the comments
" Jorja can really sing and dance!"
" she is crazy! and that's why I love her!"
" OMG WHIPPET WILL YOU FOLLOW ME PLLLEEEAAASSEE!"
" you cant help but love Jorja, she's just so normal and doesn't give a crap!"
" I love you Jorja!"
I sighed and commented ' Whippet I am going to kill you! -_-'
It had been a weird day to say the least!!
this is a shit filler chapter but I need to update to tell you important info!
1, I did well in my german speaking, definite C she said! :D
2, My computer is breaking, one of the fans has a problem so I m going to have to give it in to get it fixed, meaning I wont be on twitter or updating until I get it back. I can see your stories and newsfeed on my phone but I cant update on my HTC. :(
3, I had to private my youtube vids as one of the school twats found it and it linked to here. that's why all my youtube vids aren't there atm. But I will public them in a few weeks, I just don't want them going around the school :(
4, exams 1 week away! :( shitting myself! so no updates at all :( I'm sorry
