Name: Belial and Fierna
Title: Fourth Co-Lords of the Nine Hells. The Phoenix Lord (Belial). The Eternal Dragon Queen (Fierna)

Class: Sorcerer (Belial) Cleric (Fierna)
Character Information:
A duo of brother and sister who ruled their own domain of Hell of Phlegethos and were all considered as a de facto Forth Co-Rulers of the Nine Hells, Belial and Fierna are both partners in crimes during their time playing YGGDRASIL with the former being a Demon Sorcerer and the latter being a Dragonkin Cleric and while they are opposites in anyway possible, they are still together through thick and thin.
However, when the server of YGGDRASIL are about to shut down, instead of waking in their room, they instead wake up at their castle and of course, it is found out that they woke up in that anime one of their friends had showed named Akame ga Kill! where all they know about the anime is the edge is over the top, the characters are one note, a cliche plot and so much less thought they nonetheless praise the artwork and the one cool villain of the show.
Still, with their headquarters being under the Imperial Capital, they saw everything up top and know the general knowledge of the anime, what does this two siblings do with all the advantage at their arsenal?
Make things much more better and brighter than usual through the development to its potential. Because if they have the power to fix things, why would they not cease their moment to it.
Personality:
Belial and Fierna are notable for their immense sibling bonds with each other and are notable for how they are always inseparable from each other and treat each like the best siblings between brother and sister there is, even if their love to each other does come across as unnervingly.... disturbing.
Still, they are also notable for their polar opposites against one another.
Belial is the no-nonsense and overly serious bureaucratic business-like man who treats the situation he found himself in with utmost seriousness and is kind of blunt, on point and lacking tact in the act of actual subtlety to get anything done as efficiently, effectively and as steadfast as possible by it accordingly.
Fierna, on the other hand, is the more approachable of the two siblings by being a kind, soft spoken, sensitive, innocent, caring, considerate and finally, manipulative who is notably skilled with her silver tongue as she also knows the way to get under the skin of everyone's nerves with nary a voice from her teasing tone and how she can be sharp tongue with her mocking vocabulary.
To clarify, Belial is basically the blunt instrument in both leading, commanding and ruling and while a hard headed jerk to a tee, he is also a caring one who just want to do good to the best of his abilities in his own way.
While Fierna, on the other hand, thought genuinely caring to anyone she considers as her allies, mask the facade of her rather innocent and air-headed naive act and is shown to be capable of ruthlessness and cruelty that makes her one to watch out for were it not for how much of a capable actor she was.
But regardless of these two, all they care about, however, is to see to it that they want the people that they know would doom to fail and fated to be bleak to grow up and evolve and show that there is more to the world than the 'strong lives, weak dies' mentality or the 'murder being the answer' solution in things thought for the latter, they are not doubting the credence of the mentality but rather, the fact that it should not be the only answer to anything.
And when the two showed their mercy, they also showed their unimaginable cruelty to a fate worse than death.
Powers and Abilities:
Not only are these two together high level players in YGGDRASIL but combined, they are unstoppable with each other despite their respective class and races are an antithesis towards each other with Belial being a Demon Sorcerer and Fierna being a Dragonkin Cleric.
For Belial, the Demon Sorcerer is a massive pyromaniac with his barrage of spells as well as other form demonic magic at his back and call thought it mostly all fire that allows him to burn anyone to ash and cinders with such spells include firing a torrent of flames from his hands, firing like a flamethrower, summoning a large ball of flames on thin air and many more at his disposal.
And of course, Belial's ability to summon lesser demons at his command which is something to note of.
For Fierna, she sticks out like a sore thumb in an alliance of Hell Lords by her usage of holy magic which should be useless due to how harmful they are to her fellow Demon Lords of the Nine Hells as well as some undead. Thought not so much with Belial but we'll get to that later.
Fierna combined the immense power of both holy magic and lightning magic with gusto, capable of calling forth a thunderstorm and summoning a lightning in her hands to demolish anyone and anything to kingdom come and all the while, have the ability to heal herself as well as enhance herself with all the spells possible for a Cleric and is a really powerful fighter in her own right.
For such an uneven combination with each other, there should be something that they can compensate without damaging each other. However, that is where they count on that and it was all thanks to their weapons and armour which are explained below that both Belial and Fierna are all a team with each other.
Weapons and Equipment:
Like any player of YGGDRASIL, both Belial and Fierna are all armed to the teeth with their weapons and artifacts at their back and call and they use them both with all the skills possible.
This includes:
• The Phoenix Armour of Rebirth:
The armour that Belial always wear, regardless of the occasion, it is designed with a rather grotesque form that are reminiscent of HR Giger by its almost organic design alone and the armour's name speak for itself.
The Phoenix Armour of Rebirth allows Belial to grant himself a constant healing factor to his overall health alongside increasing his overall literal fire power like his magic that make Belial's firepower to be all the more dangerous and finally, it also grants Belial the ability to defy death itself even when his health is is now empty, healing Belial to a more partial health.
• The Red Blade of the Blood Prince:
The main weapon of Belial, the sword is a magnificent that served the very purpose of Belial's overall play style.
It is said that the more the wielder gets damaged, the stronger the sword gets and while only temporary, it can be stacked too much without stopping if the wielder has a steady source of health regeneration such as Belial's Phoenix Armour of Rebirth.
• The Spear of the Dragon Lord:
The main weapon of Fierna, appearing as a spear with a dragon-like design on it, the Spear of the Dragon Lord is a combination between a powerful weapon and a catalyst to her overall power and is said to have the will of a Dragon Lord inside and when one who are related to a dragon wields it, will boost the wielder of all of their stats to an excruciating level that it is borderline game breaking actually.
Relationship:
Both Belial and Fierna are brothers and sisters who had an unbreakable bond with each other and they all loved each other so much that if they lost one another, they would lose the will to live and go on without one with the other.
But to others, they are enigmatic at best and unnerving at worst and the mystery they instilled and how ambiguously amoral they are with their not-so good first impression especially by Belial's forthcoming bluntness and Fierna's manipulative silver tongue makes them far from trustworthy at best.
But they are nonetheless give everybody a helping hand to grow thought to everybody, they just come across condescending at best who treats everybody, by and large the mortal races, like lost lambs for them to guide however they see fit.
The Underworld Kingdom of Phlegethos:
The headquarters of where Belial and Fierna live at, the Underworld Kingdom of Phlegethos are all of what it is described as a hell where the world is hot, the land is burning, full of lava everywhere, filled to the brim with demons and the damned souls and is just a place of utterly demonic origin as can be expected from the Fourth Co-Rulers of the Nine Hells.
And Phlegethos is, of course and unfortunately, located under Akame ga Kill! Empire's Capital and to say that the denizens saw everything outside right on top of them is an understatement and were the people above to ever see what is truly below them, one shall try to tell on how much of a bad idea that is if the fact it is a toxic world for mortals to be incapable of living, especially if the mortals have dark hearts.
More so if Phlegethos would open its borders and let all its horrifying denizens of the damned souls and the demonic monsters out from Hell itself.
The members of the Underworld Kingdom includes:
• Malagard, the Hag Countess of Phlegethos:
The second in command of the Fourth Co-Lords of the Nine Hells, Malagard, despite the seemingly unbearing title, is far from a hag and is a very beautiful young woman who's age belies her immense powers of the sorcery at her disposal and the ruthlessness and undying loyalty to Belial and Fierna in anyway possible.
And of course, while beautiful and alluring as well as the most loyal and empathetic, she is utterly alien in personality as she commit all acts of immense cruelty, debauchery and depravity that only one of the most evil would commit and yet, Malagard does it for what her race believes in.
The most infamous example is both her cannibalism and always replacing people with her children, her Changelings, where they were used by Malagard and commanded by the Co-Lords as spies and infiltrators but to her, she just want to give her children a new life, uncaring of what the original's feeling to it all.
• Charon, the Boatman of the River of Styx:
Appearing as a figure draped in a leather coat and a wide brimmed hat and who's facial features cover much of his identity, Charon is a more or less, a boatman that travel around the River of Styx, which is a river of supernatural origin that can ride him to anything and send anyone with ease.
Charon himself is an enigma even amongst the members of the Underworld City as he mainly speaks in moans, is always stoic, always keep to himself and does his job seriously without wanting to reveal anything.
But while nothing more than a boatman, Charon is, for all intents and purposes, a very powerful and dangerous fighter who used his oar to become a force of nature, combining magical attacks like enveloping the area in magical explosions with also knowing how to use his oar with all the skills possible.
And Charon is very aggressive and is also diligent against those who dared to incur his wrath.
• The Fury Sisters:
Three girls who served as the Co-Lords' hunters and assassins against those who either incurred the Co-Lords' wrath or being assassins who will kill their target however the Co-Lords commands them to.
And the Fury Sisters all take The Blood Oath of Phlegethos where anyone would sign their blood to either Belial or Fierna as long as the follow it through and those who broke it will incur the wrath of the Fury Sisters.
Megaera is the leader of the Fury Sisters and the eldest of them all, being a level headed, no-nonsense and serious but nonetheless the most honourable and reasonable who does her job with the utmost loyalty and diligence and furthermore, a master swordswoman who is fast, strong and deadly to the core.
Alecto is the more cruel of the Fury Sisters, being a sadistic, bratty and arrogant girl who loved to bring pain to her enemies by either creating beams of energy that deals painful damage, throwing giant spiked disks around and creating illusions that always torments them and while as loyal as her fellow sisters, she is only doing this for the eager pleasures of battle.
Tisiphone, the final member of the Fury Sisters, is the stoic and emotionally robotic member who is so hard working that he practically lives in the piles of work and is emotionless to the core that makes it hard to point out her exact personality except at her core, just doing her job.
And is just as much a monster in battle who has magic of reality bending capabilities over space and time that makes her more than capable of helping both her fellow sisters and her allies in the heat of the battlefield itself.
• Orkos, the Son of the Furies:
The son of the Fury Sisters, primarily Megeara herself, Orkos is the absolute loyal and diligent member of the Furies who served mainly as a hidden member in the shadows as he is a wraith of the shadows that hunts down the oath-breakers in a more subtle way possible in comparison to her mother and aunts' more straightforward approach.
Pragmatic to a fault and logical to the point, Orkos will take his mission with as much seriousness as it can happen and is smart, competent and finally, capable who is determined to see that his target is done for no matter how many times his immortal body takes him, however.
• Zagreus, the Prince of the Underworld:
The closest thing there is to a son of both Belial and Fierna and thankfully, not born through.... something, Zagreus is a kind, snarky, compassionate, sharp tongued, friendly, determined and talented young man who both loved and is beloved by anyone and is pretty idealistic who believed only in making things better through a more honourable means though he is more experienced to maintain the realistic worldview that while possible, still maintain a more grounded tactics on things.
And Zagreus himself is a bonafide skillful of all weapons at his disposal and all manner spells thought not exactly a master of them all, making them a jack-of-all-trades in the battlefield.
• Melinoë, the Princess of the Underworld:
Sister of Zagreus, in comparison to her brother being friendly and sociable, Melinoë is more like the tsundere type of girl who appears cold and aloof and yet, hides a caring side that she can't put in words and what she gets is being a bitter and dispassionate girl with an edgy streak.
Soft spoken with a rather dramatic take on things, Melinoë is much more serious in comparison to Zagreus being more lackadaisical and takes her job as seriously as possible with all of everything at her care and is responsible and on point on things.
And she will take to the battlefield with all the no-nonsense and efficiency possible as while she and Zagreus have different personalities, they do, however, have the same form of jack-of-all-trades combat doctrine.
• The Sisters of Fate:
A trio of sisters much similar to the Fury Sisters except that they take on a more manipulative and behind-the-scene approach to actually get the job done, the Sisters of Fate are the Co-Lords' seers, oracles and priestess of Belial and Fierna who are commanded to manipulate society as they see fit in each and every way possible to them, using their perfect ability of seeing and predicting the future, causality and time at their limit.
Lahkesis is the leader of the Sisters of Fate and is as level headed as she is to be expected of the leader herself who can bend time to her will and is notably charismatic with a charming nature to her voice.
Clotho is the youngest of the Sisters of Fate who's body doesn't show that, much to a certain sister's ire and is notable for her omniscience as she always narrates everything on what the character does, thinks, acts and behaves.
And she does all this while remaining as out of touch as possible and due to her ability of prediction, she is capable of predicting any attacks towards her with perfect clarity.
And finally, Atropos is the middle aged sister of the Sisters of Fate and is much more hands on and the most cruel who loved to taunt her enemies by saying what they are saying in a mocking tone and is the most physically powerful who used a demonic sword in battle and is sadistic girl who loves to take the psychological torture to the extreme.
• Cerberus, the Guardian Hound of the Underworld:
The three headed giant dog of Phlegethos, appearing less like a dog and more like as if it is subspecies between a chimera and a reptile if the snake and the scaly skin are any indication.
Despite this, Cerberus is a loyal dog who acts like one, treats like one and is very playful like one and while a very vicious literal guard dog, he is beloved by the majority of the Phlegethos as well as the Co-Lords for how utterly adorable he is.
• The Exulted Shades of Phlegethos:
Donned head to toe in white cloaks and armed to the teeth with all the weaponry they can possibly carry on their body, the Exulted Shades are the main warriors of Phlegethos where they are all highly skilled, equally dangerous and immensely strong beings who had the advantage of being immortal due to their resurrection abilities, meaning that the Underworld Kingdom has no shortage of their versatile warriors to fight in forefront with no fear of losing any and all their forces alike.
And every Exulted Shades are highly skilled with the weapons at their disposal. Ranging between:
The Exulted Blades, where they carry many swords on their end that they know how wield with great skill.
The Exulted Spears, where they charge at supersonic speed with their spears and stab their enemies in gusto.
The Exulted Bows, where they wield bows with unlimited arrows that they can shoot from far away.
The Exulted Shields, where they wield large shields which they used both to defend and bash their enemies in.
And finally, The Exulted Gryph, where they wield automatic rifles in hand that they fire at medium range or fire grenades that they shoot at their enemies with all the efficiency possible.
And of course, other form variations like The Exulted Bards, The Exulted Daggers, The Exulted Arcanists, The Exalted Mechanicus, The Exalted Alchemist and other forms of Exalted Shades accordingly.
• The Hellfire Engines of Phlegethos:
A giant engine of war that appear as a vehicle with a demonic design, the Hellfire Engines are all what their name basically implies as barely sentient war machines that were used primarily for war and destruction.
They also come into to two variations.
The Hellfire Engine Tanks, which are big vehicles who are armed to the teeth with all the weaponry possible like a minigun, rocket launchers and other assortment.
And The Hellfire Engine Drones, which are much smaller, much weaker and much more fragile who served as support for their bigger variations and their allies and are all mass produced to become swarms against their enemies with excruciating detail.
• The Hell Defenders of Phlegethos:
The automated golem-like defense mechanisms of the Underworld Kingdoms, the Hell Defenders are all as their name implies as tireless automatons who awakened themselves to defend the world of Hell from any and all invaders alike with nothing but their ability to fire demonic energy from their wrist mounted cannons and immense durability.
There are also other variations of them like:
The Hell Phalanx, which are Hell Defenders carrying large shields to combine together to create a nearly impenetrable wall.
The Hell Blades, which are a much more aggressive Hell Defenders that used two blades of demonic energy in each hand.
And The Hell Centurions, which combined defense, offense and multiple arms of both shields, blades and guns to make them an elite fighting force like no other.
And of course, The Hell Stalkers, which is an ordinary Hell Defender but has the ability to be invisible from the naked eye.
• The Archviles of the Phlegethos:
The so-called nobles, apostles and high-ranking captains, generals, lieutenants and commanders of the Phlegethos army and society, the Archviles are some of the absolute strongest demonic creatures who combined tactical acumen with immense competency in combat as well as wielding the demonic magic in their hands with sadistic relish.
All Archviles come in different variations.
The Archvile Hell Nobles, which is the most basic form of Archvile by being a towering suit of demonic armour, size and strength who wield heavy weaponry and being faster than they look alongside firing projectiles of Hellfire.
The Archvile Hell Apostles, which has a more wizard-like design like the addition of their black robes although they still know how to bring the hurt around.
The Archvile Hell Tyrants, which is an even bigger form that doesn't need weapons to get the job done, mainly using their size and strength, overall.
And finally, The Archvile Hell Berserkers, where they appeared to be in a much more cleaner and more robot-like armour of a futuristic design that have wires all over their body, pumping them so much drugs that render them immensely aggressive that they will attack both enemies and allies.
• The Panopticon of Phlegethos:
Appearing as a floating orb with a constantly spinning dual spikes on both ends, the Panopticon is the support units of Phlegethos who served to assist their allies in battle with a plethora of powers at their disposal with their basic form being the ability to either heal their allies at close proximity, grant invulnerability that makes them immune to damage, mind control the surrounding area, gaining allies at every corner and of course, manipulating the gravity around like so.
All of these variations comes with The Panopticon Turrets, The Panopticon Casters, The Panopticon Mind Flayers and The Panopticon Starspawn. Whichever can do which is anyone's guess, however.
