Finally, the chapter you and I are waiting for. The fight between Esdeath and Asmodeus. I will spoil along the lines that Esdeath won't win and has met her match at a literal demon king with the power of the flames but will this fight be short?

Esdeath can only groan as she has a difficult time opening her eyes up.
After she had done that, she looked around to find herself in some sort of cave system if said cave system is made entirely out of flesh everywhere.
'Where... am I?' She thought as she looked around to whatever this place.
From what she can remember, she saw a horde of heavily armoured warriors charging towards her, her Three Beasts and her army and just when Esdeath is about to charge in, some orange floating oval, most likely a portal, suddenly appeared in front of her and she goes through it.
And now, she found herself in a cavernous area made of flesh and sinew.
'Standing here won't help. Need to find a way out of here and get to my army. As strong as my armies are, they won't survive against those horde of warriors.' She thought as she knows on how powerful those warriors are and it doesn't helped that there are many of them.
So she runs off deep into the sinewy caverns as she tried to find a way out of here.
That was until she sensed something and jump away to dodge an incoming attack.
Esdeath finally lands on her feet before looking at what just attacked her. It is one if those towering armoured warriors she saw, who was about to punch her before she dodged as the towering warrior glare at her before standing up, towering over her.
Esdeath smiled as she whips out her blade and pointed at the towering warrior, "Well, well. What are you doing here, warrior? Didn't join up with your fellow warriors outside?" She taunted but the warrior doesn't respond, "I am General Esdeath of the Empire. And would you tell me-" She was interrupted when the warrior just charged towards her, fist in hand.
Esdeath quickly dodged out of the way to avoid a really strong punch that hit the fleshy walls.
Esdeath then lands and jump towards the warrior, intending on slicing him off but when she does strike, it did nothing but making a clanging sound.
'Tch, how thick is this warrior's armour?' She thought in frustration as she avoid the sword strike from him.
Esdeath then conjure a hail of ice in front of her and fire towards the warrior but alas, it barely did any kind of damage as the warrior charge towards her.
Esdeath then create a much bigger ice spike and fire towards the warrior, maybe it will do something.
What she didn't predict is the fact that the warrior just jump to avoid the spike and jump to wall after wall and fall towards him.
This made Esdeath shocked even more, 'He's... Fast....' She thought as she avoid another strike from the warrior again.
The warrior then looked at her as he then whips out his duel swords, spinning them around with great skill before running towards her.
Esdeath charge as well as she avoids the strike from the towering warrior, give in a few shots and like before, didn't any further dent upon the warrior's armour before she tried to block the warrior but all it did is making her fly away from the immense force, 'Such.... Strength...' Esdeath thought.
Esdeath then lands on her feet as she now knows that dueling the warrior to a sword fight is suicidal now.
As she looked at the warrior is now charging towards her, Esdeath then gripped her sword tightly as she takes a thrusting stance before charging towards the warrior.
The warrior is going to strike Esdeath down with his mighty swing of his sword only for Esdeath to avoid it as she jump on his hands and stabbed the warrior to where the visor is.
Esdeath thought that it is finally over only time reveal that the warrior is still alive and moving as he grabbed her arm and is trying too crushed it.
Esdeath seethe in pain as she tried to break free but the warrior's grip is too strong for even the likes of her. She then conjure an ice spike in her and stabbed it in the visor again but like before, it barely did anything.
Esdeath is now groaning in pain at her arm about to be crushed as the warrior continue to hold on.
Suddenly, the warrior is started to be covered up in frozen ice as Esdeath intending on freezing him solid until finally, after she is done freezing the warrior's body from head to toe, Esdeath then shatters him to pieces, finally killing him and free herself for good.
Esdeath groan as she rubbed her arm off the pain, at least sighing in relief that she is alright. Despite this, thought, she nonetheless smiled, 'That was nonetheless a fight that deserved the admiration from me. Then again, whoever this towering warriors are, that is obvious.' Esdeath thought as she looked at the remains of the towering warrior, 'Still, to think that even a single one can pose a threat to me is troublesome indeed. I maybe be strong but I am not capable of facing even an entire army of them. I won't deny it but I am glad that at the very least, it is fortunate that... I... only... fight... just... one....' Esdeath then thought in concern before she looked at what is appearing in front of her.
More and more portals started appearing in front of her as what Esdeath saw, out came more of those towering warriors landing in front of her, carrying their swords and any other sort of medieval weaponry as they all glare at Esdeath.
Esdeath flinched at their gaze as, while she is both brave and fearless in battle, she isn't stupid and since she has already having a hard time facing just one, now she is facing a whole army of them.
So now, she knows what she is going to do.
She then punched her fists into the ground and create a huge wall in front of her, stopping them from chasing her down as she retreats.
She run as fast as she can, confident that the ice wall will hold them but she looked back in shock when more portals started to appear and out came not only those warriors but also a single warrior that is carrying a flaming sword as he aimed it at Esdeath, wordlessly ordering the warriors to continue chasing her down.
Esdeath then ran as fast as she can as she continue to build walls after walls of ice which the warriors just smashed through it with ease.
Esdeath looked back in frustration only to look forward and saw a cliff as she used her sword to stabbed it to the ground as she is in an area full of holes, bridges of flesh like they are veins and the hole being deep.
Realising that the warriors are upon her, Esdeath then let herself fall to glide into the hole.
Esdeath smiled, thankful that she finally got away from them before she then avoid a fireball upon her to see more of those flaming birds are flying towards her and spitting fireballs at her.
Esdeath effortlessly dodged the flaming birds as she conjure ice spikes and shoot them at the birds, killing only some of them but most are still alive as they continue shooting her.
Esdeath growled as she continue to glide down and avoid the fireballs.
Esdeath then saw a warrior appearing on one of the veins as she ready her sword and stabbed from where it was vulnerable, the towering warrior growling and trying to break free before Esdeath just kicked him away as she lands on one of the giant veins.
Esdeath then ran towards one of the holes in front of her only to be stopped by a flaming warrior appearing before her. Esdeath growled as she conjure more ice spikes at the flaming warrior but said warrior just aimed his sword at it and fire a jet of flames melting it.
Esdeath growled at this, 'How can my ice be melted like that? Sure, it isn't fireproof but it can't be that easy to melt.' Esdeath thought in frustration as she sensed another one appearing behind her as she is surrounded on all sides by the two.
The flaming warriors then aimed their flaming swords at Esdeath as they shoot a jet of flames before Esdeath was then jumped off to avoid the strike.
Esdeath once again continue to fall and those flaming birds continue spit fireballs at her.
Esdeath fire another ice spike from her hands before she avoids another fire ball.
Then she sensed something to avoid what can be described as a magma ball as she looked what can be described as an oversized red salamander looking at her and chucking blobs of magma from its mouth and flying towards her.
Esdeath quickly dodged out of the way as she is now trying to dodge a cacophony of fire balls and magma balls from all directions.
Esdeath growled at this before she used her ice to glide onto one the veins to stand on and, before those creatures are catching up on her, she then used her ice powers to create a blockade of ice roof of some sort.
Esdeath breathe a sigh of relief as those fire monsters are no longer flinging their flaming projectiles at her.
Suddenly, she heard sizzling as as Esdeath looked to see that parts of the roof is melting and out came one of the salamander's looking at her.
Then a jet of flames appeared downward and out came the head of the flaming birds. Realising on how the ice roof isn't going to hold them for long, Esdeath then jumps down as more and more of those monsters are coming through the ice walls.
Esdeath finally lands on something, looking like some sort of platform being surrounded by a sea of blood as the chattering sounds of the monsters are going straight down.
Esdeath looked up, growled and ready her sword for a battle at hand. Until....
The platform that she is standing on is now surrounded by some sort of energy lake barrier in the shape of a sphere with some unknown language lining around it as the monsters fall downward and only hit the barrier with the fire hawks squawking and screeching at the barrier as they breathe fire or claw it with their talons or the salamanders spitting out globe of lava or licking the barrier as well.
Esdeath looked at the scene in confusion, especially on who what the one that created the barrier in the first place.
Then Esdeath saw that the monsters were all stopping what they are doing as they fell silent before they fly or skitter away into the surrounding ocean of blood.
Esdeath just looked even more confused now but before she could think now, the barrier finally receded back as the barrier surrounding her is gone.
"Well, well. A pleasure to finally meet you General Esdeath. Apologies for the assault back there but if I know you, you would have refused."
Esdeath heard a voice behind her as she looked back to see someone floating down and landing on the platform before her.
From Esdeath's point of view, the man himself appears to be a man dressed in a black coated uniform and plated armour on his chest with a hood over his head. Esdeath does see that he does have a normal face alongside having a short white hair but the most strange about him is his ears and eyes as his ears are pointed while his eyes seemed red like blood.
And on his back, Esdeath can see that he is carrying a weapon, a sword to be exact with a skull on its centre.
Esdeath looked in a stoic expression at the man before her as said man just bow in respect, "Who are you?" Esdeath demanded this man here.
"My name is Asmodeus. Supreme Ruler of the Nine Hells. Emperor of the Tartarus Empire. And a Demon." This man, Asmodeus, introduced himself to her.
Esdeath quirked her eye brow at his introduction, 'A demon? How... Well, the eyes and ears does seemed... off to me. And I can feel something from him. Something... Evil.' She thought, "And where are we, Asmodeus?" She questioned him.
"You are in the bowels of a demon I summoned, the Insidious Consumer of All. The huge, flying manta ray-like creature that you saw. Used mainly for transportation of my own troops, thought unorthodox as it maybe." Asmodeus explained to her, "But enough about me. Let's talk about you."
"Me?" Esdeath said.
"Yes, you. Who doesn't know the Empire's strongest general in the military, one who has drank the a liquid-type Teigu, weapons made by the First Emperor thousands of years ago that can grant any warrior the capabilities to wipe out an entire army with ease and the only thing that keeps the Empire going for all eternity as well as the only one that can maintain 'somewhat' of her sanity when drinking the all the liquid could be such a dangerous thing. Yet you tempered it all and the mark on that chest if yours, proves it." Asmodeus said, pointing at the mark on Esdeath's chest.
Esdeath looked at the mark on her chest and then at Asmodeus as she smiled.
"How... knowledgeable of you, Asmodeus. I am almost impressed. Too impressed in fact." Esdeath said as in her thoughts, 'How did this man know me and my Demon Extract so well.' She thought in confusion at him.
"Flattery will not get you nowhere, Esdeath. I also know that you are once a member of a barbaric clan known as the Partas, correct? How you are a sole survivor of your people, right?" Asmodeus said which made Esdeath widened her eyes in shock.
'How did he...' Esdeath feels really unnerved by how this Asmodeus figure knows her personally but she just shake her head as she looked at him, "So what? If you think I care for any of them, you would be-"
"I also know that you are hardly care for your people being massacred, Esdeath. Your father has been successful at hammering his philosophy into you about, 'About How Those Who Lives Are The Strongest While Those Who Are Weak Deserved To Die', a mentality that made you the strongest in the Empire, sneering at the weak and approved only the strongest yet. Is that correct?" Asmodeus said to her.
Esdeath looked at him thoughtfully before she smiled and said, "That's right. The strong lives and the weak dies. That is how the world works. If they die, then they are weak. Simple as that." Esdeath said as she explained her philosophy.
"I see. I see. Then tell me, General Esdeath? Why are you serving the Empire?" Asmodeus asked.
"Excuse me?" Esdeath questioned in confusion.
"You heard me, Esdeath. For all of your preaching of the strong lives and the weak dies, why are you serving a corrupt and rotten Empire full of parasites, vermin and filth. Is all your preaching of your social darwinistic survivalist mentality nothing more than shallow hypocrisy for your selfish desires?" Asmodeus explained to her.
Esdeath looked at Asmodeus with a glare of her own, "What are you saying?"
"Hear me again, Esdeath. The Empire is nothing but corruption and decay full of trash and filth. The nobles are nothing but bullies, they belittle, torture, murder, bribe and ruin anyone's lives however yet when the tables, they cower in fear, beg for mercy and never put up much of a fight, relying more on their money and bodyguards than their own. The Emperor is nothing more than a child. Weak, naive, his childishness is inexcusable at listening to the Prime Minister himself, Honest, a pathetic fat man who has little in the way of ambition, caring only about feeling his stomach with more sustenance than he can feed on and looks absolutely ridiculous about it. So, why? Why are you serving such a weak government?" Asmodeus explained it all to her.
Esdeath looked at Asmodeus in shock as the realization has finally dawn upon her bit she just shake her head and said, "So what if you're right? If people wanted to change, they should have the strength in the first place. Those who wants to reform are most probably be weak fools who have little knowledge on the evils of the Empire. I know that all those nobles are weak and pathetic. Honest is a pig. Makoto is an annoying brat. And don't get me started on its Supreme Commander. Yet, I don't care. If people want to fight the Empire, then so be it. I don't care about the Empire. I care about the many battles that the Empire will cause. So long as I have my battle, that is all I care about. Nothing more." She said with sadistic smile.
"So, you don't care about the Empire, do you?" Asmodeus inquired.
"Of course, I'm not. If the Empire falls, that's on them. They are weak. While those who crushed them are the strong. And I am satisfied with the battle I have. That is all I care about." Esdeath said in a simple tone.
Asmodeus looked at her for one second before he smiled, "Hmph, guess as you're not as complex as I thought you are."
"What does that mean?" Esdeath said, glaring at him.
"Apologies for that statement but I am going straight to the point. Surrender." Asmodeus simply said to her.
"What?" Esdeath said.
"You heard me. Surrender. It'll save you the trouble of feeling the humiliation of what I am about to do to you. So surrender yourselves, pledge your allegiance to me, Demon Emperor of the Tartarus Empire as my strongest general, second on to me of course." Asmodeus said to her.
Esdeath just looked at him for one second in effect before, "PFFFFFTTTTT... HAHAHAHAHA...." She just laugh.
And she just keep laughing for hours as Asmodeus just stare at her in a blank expression as Esdeath continue to laugh wholeheartedly. After finally calming down, she then looked at Asmodeus as she finally stops laughing, "You serious?"
"Yes!" Asmodeus said simply.
Esdeath just chuckle at his answer and said, "You must be a fool if you think I would surrender for the likes of some deluded fool like you. A 'Demon Emperor' or the 'Supreme Ruler of the Nine Hells'. How preposterous. But your army... your monsters... they are strong... stronger than even the Empire's own soldiers and especially to the Imperial Arms user. That depends on their leader, however." Esdeath said as she aimed her sabre at Asmodeus, "So tell me, Demon Emperor? You call the Empire's rulers weak but what about you? Is all your rightful explanation of them nothing more than a not-so self aware hypocrisy? Hmmm?" Esdeath said with a smirk.
Asmodeus looked at her with a glare before he too smirk, "You are right. I don't expect to surrender that easily. Not with words that a dog could bark as loud than it can bite. So I shall show you why I am both it's Emperor and it's strongest and most powerful warrior in my Tartarus Empire...." Asmodeus said as he then grabbed his sword and ready himself, "Prepare to know your place, human. Let me show you how you are beneath to the likes of a Demon Emperor." Asmodeus said as he give a sadistic smile of his own.
"Then, please. Teach me, Demon Emperor. Show me how beneath I am to you." Esdeath said in a smug and cocky tone as both warriors' killing intent flare with immense intensity.

Asmodeus and Esdeath charged forth as they commenced their duel upon the platform surrounded by blood.
The darkness of night falls around my soul

Asmodeus and Esdeath their swords together as they move at lightning speed, clashing their swords in great intensity as Asmodeus gives a hard strike and pushed her.

Esdeath skidded as she looked at Asmodeus with a smile before she fire more icicles from her hands that fly towards Asmodeus just said, "Hellfire: Dragon's Roar," and spits out a column of fire from his mouth, shocking Esdeath as she avoids it.
This demon inside has ahold of me
Clenching its power, trying to break free
Esdeath then punched the ground to create a large ice wall that would have protected her and kill Asmodeus. She then sensed something behind as she blocked Asmodeus' strike, who suddenly appeared behind her as he pushed her back as he said, "Hellfire: Fire Fist of Destruction," as his hands is being enveloped in fire, intending to punch her which Esdeath quickly avoid as he punched the large ice wall instead, breaking it.

Asmodeus then moved quickly as he and Esdeath clashed swords once again, swinging their respective blades as Asmodeus goes in for the thrust while Esdeath dodged it and stabbed it in the thighs.

Esdeath smirked that she finally killed him but Asmodeus just looked at her with a smirk of his own as he backhand her away from him.
I can't seem to control
All this rage that's inside me
Esdeath fly out of the way as she used her sword to stop her from skidding away. Esdeath then looked at Asmodeus as the wounds she inflicted looked like the blood is receding back into his body, healing him up.
Asmodeus just give a smirk to her, "You really think I am that easy to kill?"
Esdeath looked shocked but smirk as well, "Of course not." She said as she charged forward on him.
Pullin' shots, aimin' dots, yeah, I don't miss
Branded by fire, born in the abyss
Esdeath clashed swords once again with Asmodeus as he just blocked it with nonchalance before he disappeared in red.
Red hot temper, I just can't resist
All this vengeance inside me
Esdeath then watched as Asmodeus appearing and disappearing around her while creating some form of afterimages around her. Esdeath calm herself as she tried to sensed where Asmodeus' next attack is.
All of these thoughts runnin' through my head
Arm on fire, veins burnin' red
As the afterimages surrounds her, Esdeath finally sensed what she is sensing as she stabbed behind her, stabbing Asmodeus in the head. Esdeath smirked but like before, she was kicked away by Asmodeus.
Frustration is gettin' bigger
Bang, bang, bang, pull my Devil Trigger
Esdeath watched as her sword is stabbed on Asmodeus' head yet he doesn't show any reaction except only mild annoyance as he ripped the sabre from his head with ease. Asmodeus inspected the sword before throwing at Esdeath as he prepared their duel.
Esdeath is completely shocked but shake her head as she grabbed her sword and continue the fight.
Embrace the darkness that's within me
No hiding in the shadows anymore
Asmodeus then said, "Hellfire: Storm of the Infernals," as a glowing circle appear behind him and started firing flaming projectiles at Esdeath who effortlessly dodged all of it.
When this wickedness consumes me
Nothing can save you and there's no way out
Esdeath closed in but Asmodeus just said, "Hellfire: The Sphere of Krieg," as fiery orbs appeared around Asmodeus as when Esdeath gets close, they explode with Esdeath flying away.
I'm a wildfire you won't tame
Igniting my temper, can't put out my flame
From the dust, Asmodeus then charged forth into the air and clashed with Esdeath once again as they duel against each other before Asmodeus grabbed her by the throat and throw her to the platform again.
There's no way to contain
This storm swelling inside me
Esdeath shake her head from being thrown hard on the ground before she looked up to see Asmodeus with a glowing flaming fist upon her, "Hellfire: Fire Fist of Extinction," as Esdeath avoids another strike as Esdeath almost wobble around like she has gone through an Earthquake.
I'm a bomb you can't defuse
Might just accept you're gonna lose
"Powers of the Underworld: Blossoming Branches."
Esdeath heard the chant as from the smoke, vines started to come from the smoke as they try to grabbed her. Esdeath just her powers to freeze then in place before shattering them until finally, Asmodeus comes out with his sword in hand.
Can't turn down, I refuse
To hold back anymore
Asmodeus delivered a powerful downward strike as Esdeath blocked it but the platform she is in almost cracked with bits of blood seeping out, feeling how monstrous his strength is before she was kicked away.
All of these voices inside of my head
Blinding my sight in a curtain of red
Esdeath then used her sword to stabbed the sword on the ground once again to stop her from skidding before she created an ice wall to stop her before she used her legs to jump forward, straight to Asmodeus.
Frustration is getting bigger

Esdeath and Asmodeus clashed their swords once again as a cacophony of blades clashing against one another is heard all over with Esdeath creating icicles that Asmodeus easily dodged and Asmodeus chanting, "Hellfire: Dragon's Roar," as shoots a jet of flames from his mouth that Esdeath quickly dodged out of the way.
When the night ends, it's not over
We fight through to get closer
As the breathe of fire is finally done, Esdeath then kicked him with Asmodeus skidding away as Esdeath cracked her knuckles as she used her powers to conjure a gigantic icicle in the air above her as she brings them towards Asmodeus.
Like a silver bullet piercing through
I throw myself into you
Asmodeus, however, just scoffed, not intimidated in the least. He then put his sword on his back as he aimed both hands at the firing giant icicles, "Hellfire: Power of Destruction."
What comes is a beam of red electrical light that vaporised the ice until there is nothing left.
All of these voices inside of my head
Blinding my sight in a curtain of red
Asmodeus then watched the display with a smile before he saw Esdeath charging towards him with her sabre in hand as she intends to thrust at him.
Frustration is getting bigger

Asmodeus just ready his fist ready and just punched her in the gut, avoiding the sword thrust as in one fell swoop, Asmodeus sent Esdeath flying straight towards the center of the platform, clutching her stomach as she cough as Asmodeus just smirk.

Asmodeus continue to look at Esdeath who is still coughing from the punch she is feeling, "That..." She cough again, "Is... undoubtedly an incredible... fight..." Esdeath said as she stands up, albeit with great difficulty.
"I aim to please, General. You are no weakling yourself. You have give in it all you got. I am impressed. For a human." Asmodeus said in an impressed tone.
"Indeed, that was a joyful battle. I applaud you for forcing me to give it my all." Esdeath said, congratulating it.
"And I applaud for surviving this long. Be honoured Esdeath as I didn't fight you to my full potential." Asmodeus said to her.
"What?" Esdeath said in shock, as thought she is hearing something wrong.
"You heard me, Esdeath. While there is no denying that you fight at the peak of full power of your Teigu, I only held back. Being careful not to kill you, you know." Asmodeus said.
"You... Held..." Esdeath said as she is now on her knees.
"I am serious about you surrendering. There is so much potential for you in my Empire rather than that rotten one. I don't want to kill. Your beauty is matched only by your power and..." Asmodeus then grabbed Esdeath's chin as he smiled at her, "I do love what a beauty I can have beside me. How I would love to make you, my bitch."
Esdeath heard him and almost blushed at his comments. She then shakes her head as she gripped her sword and jumped away from him, aiming her sword at Asmodeus, "I will not be made a fool by the likes of you. Fight me again, Asmodeus. Show me your true power. I assure you that I didn't show you..." Esdeath then gripped her sword very tightly now, "...everything."
Asmodeus looked at her before he smirked as well, "Strong and beautiful. A flower that held a stronger root. Your defiance against me is admirable, Esdeath. It just makes you submitting to my will...." Asmodeus then grabbed his sword again as he aimed it at Esdeath, "...all the more rewarding."
Esdeath then activated her Teigu's full power as Asmodeus could feel a literal storm coming along, 'Don't tell me Esdeath is going to use that-' he thought as everything started to freeze up.
"Ice Storm: Commander In Chief."
Meanwhile, from the outside...
The Insidious Consumer of All is still flying up in the air in a graceful manner before he coughs up an air of ice from its mouth.
Then the demon's body started to freeze up all over until finally, it shatters to a pieces of meteorite, resulting in them falling into the air.
Falling from the sky is Esdeath who used her ice to gracefully fall from the sky before she was bombarded by more fireballs from the Fire Hawks as they either shoot or charge towards, breathing fire from their beak.
Esdeath quickly dodged out of the way as she creates dozens of icicle and shooting them towards the Fire Hawks, killing them and then dodged a talon strike from another before she creates a buzz saw of ice and throw it at the Fire Hawks, bisecting it into two.
Esdeath smirked before she pushed into a large falling ice platform as she lands and seeing who was pushing her. She looked to see that Asmodeus is the one and for the most part, Asmodeus' looked different than before.
As if the ears and eyes aren't making him any less human than before, then the fact that he has red horns jutting from his forehead, two dragon-like wings behind him and a tail is another.
And he is flying while glaring at Esdeath.
"Do you have any idea how hard it to summoned that thing? It consumes all of my energy to summoned that thing to transport my troops everywhere and do you realized how much mana potion I have to drink to retain my power? Do you?" Asmodeus said, rather angrily.
"Oh? Is the big bad demon whining about his dead pet?" Esdeath said mockingly at him.
Asmodeus doesn't appreciate the tone as he whips out his sword in hand and take his stance, "Esdeath. I will teach the consequences for the sins you have committed in your lifetime. Esdeath then try a sword swipe but Asmodeus just fly up into the air and cast, "Hellfire: Obsidian Impalement," as spikes of glowing orange crystals shoots out from his hand and fire upon Esdeath who dodged out of the way.

Esdeath then see that this spikes are also superheated as when they stabbed the ice floor, a sizzling is heard. Esdeath then conjure an ice wall to stopped them from impaling her but continuous stabbing resulted in the wall's abject failure.

Esdeath then jumped up into the air to strike her sword down against Asmodeus but he prevents that, flying towards her as she grabbed her, spin her around and throw her to the ground hard.

Esdeath gets up from the whole ordeal until she looked to see that Asmodeus is flying towards as he heard him say, "Demon Claw," and Esdeath dodged a powerful strike from him, leaving only a crater.

Esdeath then shoots up more icicles in the air that fly towards Asmodeus before he swiped the icicles away with his claws as he said, "Hellfire: Cyclone of Torment," and spins around to create a flaming cyclone of all things.

Esdeath looked at a flaming cyclone coming upon her as quickly create a large ice wall but this only resulted in the cyclone pushing through and melting it all.

Esdeath then try again, this time, trying to cover the flaming cyclone in ice. She succeeded but the ice is still melting and melting until the cyclone finally pushed through the ice imprisonment before the falling ice platform is now starting to break apart as Esdeath and Asmodeus fall.

Esdeath is now falling from the sky as she falls even farther while looking up, the cyclone finally receded as Asmodeus is now flying towards her.

Esdeath then conjure another ice wall before she was pushed back by Asmodeus as she and him lands on another falling ice platform, "ENOUGH OF THIS!" She yelled in frustration as she is using her ice powers to do something.

Esdeath then created a small army of centaur like ice constructs behind her as they all staying as still as statue.
Asmodeus saw this and thought, 'So, she finally used another one of Demon Extract's Trump Card. Thankfully and unfortunately, she can only create a small army of them.' He thought.

Esdeath then aimed her sword at Asmodeus and yelled, "ANNIHILATE HIM!" as the ice centaur soldiers are charging towards Asmodeus.

Asmodeus was about to fight until he heard a shout and looked up to see that his Hell Vanguards are falling up from the sky and one just smashed himself down to a single ice centaur.

And now, the Hell Vanguards are falling down and fighting against the ice centaurs. And said ice centaurs are all losing.

Asmodeus looked in pride as a Hell General land beside him, "We'll take it from here, Emperor, sir." He said.
"Appreciate it." Asmodeus said, thankful before he flies up into the air and fly towards Esdeath, who, looking rather aghast, didn't realised now before she was pushed from the battle.

Esdeath lands on the ground hard as Asmodeus flies up and fly straight towards Esdeath.

Esdeath is struggling to stand up as she looked at Asmodeus about to fly towards her. She glare at the Demon Emperor before she smiled.

Suddenly, everything feels like everything is now frozen in time.
Literally in fact.

Esdeath breathes in and out as she looked around as time itself is literally frozen in ice. Except her, of course.
She looked at Asmodeus who is about to stab her with his claws while still flying in midair as her Ice Cavalry are all shown to be melting against not only the Hell Vanguards but also Fire Salamanders, Fire Hawks, Fire Generals and some humanoid lava monsters.
Esdeath sigh as she looked at Asmodeus, "It has been while it lasted. But unfortunately, you're done." She said as she is about to thrust her sword to his head.
What she didn't expect was for her sword to be cut as Esdeath stare in shock as Asmodeus, once frozen in midair, is moving.
'How... How is he moving? I stopped time...' She thought as she quickly avoids a strike from the Demon Emperor.
Asmodeus then wretched his claws from the ground before looking around with a smirk, "So, it is true. You do have the ability to stop time. It make little sense how the power of ice can stop time of all things. It has little in the way of foreshadowing but it is good that I am unaffected. It's all bullshit to me." Asmodeus explained.
"How... How are you-"
"How am I still moving, you asked? That's simple. I am a demon. A demon lord that came of all things. Time means nothing to me." He explained, 'Thought not really, though. I mean, I don't know if I could actually move in a frozen time. Luckily, I am.' Asmodeus thought.
Esdeath now lands on her butt as her face have a look of mortification and horror, "I... I..." Esdeath looked like she is struggling to speak before she is now on her knees and kneeled before Asmodeus, "I.... Lost...." She admit and accept defeat.
Asmodeus smirked as the time finally resumed. Asmodeus then have a shocked on his face before he grabbed Esdeath in bridal carry as he flies up from the ground as the ice lands and cracked now.
Asmodeus, with Esdeath in his arms, is flying down as he lands amongst the cracked glacier as everything around them are more falling floating ice meteorites.
Asmodeus looked around, "Is everyone alright, there?" He yelled to his troops.
As he said, this a gauntlet arm appear from the freezing cold ice as a Hell Vanguard alongside more of the others, has come out and walking limply from the ice, "We are alright, sir. No worries. Ow..." A Hell Vanguard said.
Asmodeus smiled that his troops are alright barring only a few. He'll get right to that.
"Now then..." He looked at Esdeath who is now unconscious for some reason, "What am I going to do with you? My bitch." He said with a smirk on his face.

Asmodeus will spin around to create a cyclones of flame, burning everything to cinders as Asmodeus and chase his enemies around.
