CHAPTER: 48

" I swear I wanna really kill your step-family " Butch confessed the truth making Buttercup smile. " well I think you scared them enough, " Buttercup said making Butch laugh and nod his head. " well I really am sorry for forcing myself on you. Do others know about this?" Butch questioned as he waited for Buttercup to answer. " no it's ok and I am glad it was you but no one knows. You are the first one I told " and that small words make Butch stomach knot in excitement. " Well I am glad you didn't tell anyone and I am glad that I used protection," Butch said as he smiled at Buttercup who looked at him all confused. 

" Why are you glad about not informing your family?" Buttercup now questioned making Butch chuckle. " well for starters they wouldn't understand and start blaming us and next thing you know they would end up hurting your feelings and I don't want that, " Butch said honestly as Buttercup nodded her head. " enough of this, does your body hurt? " Butch questioned worried as Buttercup sighed nodding her head. " Give me a minute, I will bring my t-shirt so you could change and rest while I will serve my baby girl breakfast on the bed, " Butch said as he caressed Buttercup's cheek as she smiled and hugged Butch.

" I am really sorry " Buttercup apologized making Butch sigh as he shook his head and wrapped his arm around Buttercup. " I am sorry my love, you must be so troubled because of me " Buttercup shook her head to a no as Butch let go of Buttercup and stood up. " I will bring breakfast " Buttercup nodded her head as Butch walked out of the room. Butch closed the door behind himself as he slid down closing his eyes. 

He wasn't angry at Buttercup at all in fact he was angry at himself and it felt as if he forced Buttercup even though he always wanted to treasure her and she was a special person to him. Butch knew she will forever be special but now he was angry at himself and at Duchess. He wanted to murder her and show no mercy. Butch wanted Buttercup's first time to be with someone she loves...Henry ... but because of Duchess, everything was ruined in Butch's eyes. Butch had no clue if he should be happy or sad. He was lost and couldn't understand his own feelings so he knew who would understand him and help him out...his best buddy Jace.

Butch opened his eyes as he walked towards the dining room where Jace was sitting on the chair next to Alex and they were having breakfast with everyone else. " Jace and Alex, can I talk to you both for a second? " Butch questioned as they looked back and nodded their head. " what's wrong? " Brick questioned as Butch sighed. " it's about Duchess and I want to know the details so I can tell Buttercup " Brick nodded as Butch walked away with them. " well Alex can you make breakfast for Buttercup. I love your cooking and I am sure she would as well. I will come and take the tray in a second. She got troubled up by her step-family and she wants to stay in my room " Alex nodded his head at what Butch said as he walked away.

" That was an obvious lie, wasn't it? " Jace blurted out as he knew Butch really well making Butch look at his best friend. " let's go to your room and talk privately" Jace nodded his head as they entered Alex and Jace's room. Jace closed the door as he sat on the bed with Butch next to him " so what happened? " Jace questioned as Butch sighed flopping on the bed. " I don't know Jace, I messed up so bad " Butch honestly said making Jace confused. " can you tell me in detail or from the start? " Jace now questioned as Butch looked at him and nodded his head to a yes. " well because of the drug, I did that thing with Buttercup. I don't remember at all and the only thing I remember is Buttercup whispering I love you to me and I whispered back. What's happening to me? " Butch questioned making Jace chuckle.

" I would say you are falling in love my brother and secondly about that drug thing, I already guessed that you both would end up doing it" Jace shrugged as Butch sat up straight and looked at his friend. " am I really falling in love with her? " Butch questioned as Jace shook his head to a no. " you were in love with her from way back, this drug just made your want for her more and it's not that bad. She is an amazing girl and you both look cute together " Jace patted Butch back who hid his face on his hand frustrated yet annoyed. " no, she loves someone else. She loved me before but I always pushed her feelings away and this time when she finally found happiness in some other guy...I won't separate them " Butch confessed as he looked at his friend who nodded his head.
