Rumor

We are apart, but we both know that it's just temporary

Yet, these rumors dispersed rapidly.

My friends also said some nonsense about you

I know it is fake. 

However, why is it getting tough.

Everybody is saying that you moved on.

Why am I slowly starting to believe them?

I know I should have been strong for us.

Yet, their constant ranting kept confusing me.

I am getting powerless against their daggering words.

Where are you and are you hearing these things, too?

Do you feel the same pain as I?

These rumors are going to be the end of me.

Another has started talking again,

whispering that I have moved on easily.

I can't believe they said such a lie.

I promise that it's all fake.

You know that I can't forget you.

I want to believe and think that you can't forget me either.

It's hard to act okay with all these whispers.

Let's stop being apart.

Why can't these rumors stop?

Then it wouldn't have made us this apart.

These rumors splitted you and me up even further than before.

Now, I am afraid to go back into your arms.

What if it is not rumors anymore?
