Time won't wait

Can't see what's in front of me

Confused where I am 

Confused why this happened to me out of all people

My girlfriend died in front of me

I was having the best moment's of my life 

We were smiling at each other

We loved each other to the end of this world

I thought this was a dream

Please come back to

I guess time won't wait 

I guess time just can't stop

I guess time just hates me

Why won't time just wait for us

Why am I here

Can't I return to the time we loved

Can't I just see this a little bit later

Why can't this happen to me

That day where I was waiting for her across the street

She just waved at me excited to see me

I motioned her to come to me 

She just nodded 

She just nodded

Until a car hit her

I waited for her

I just stared at her

I screamed at her

I was angry at her for coming towards me first

Who am I kidding

I wasn't mad at her, I was mad that it wasn't me

I hated myself for not saving her in time

That was the day I committed 

To never love anybody ever again

To just shut the world out

To shut this terrible world

That was the end for me

I guess time just won't wait

I realize now and then

Time will never

Ever
