"You're off for now Stella." The Admin monotone waved her out.
"Yes, thank you, sir." She stepped out, looking at the moon-covered town, a beautiful, creative place, her heart thumped.
"Gill, I don't think Jesse will forgive us!" A boy growled in tears welled eyes.
"He's so... Famous, that he'd probably never listen!" A girl's sharp voice cut through the air.
"Huh." Stella bolted for the alley-way.
"I'll see you two later!" The guy in green and black waved as the couple ran off into the distance. When they disappeared, he sighed. She saw him.
He's so handsome... Stella thought. Then remembered her mother...
"Stella honey, when your dad first saw me... Under the moonlight, he sang, 'We are the Night'" Her eyes shined in joy, she smiled, hoping for true love.
"I'll find him!" She had hugged her mother, before days passed, growing up and losing trace of the two bright folks.
She shifted against a wall, ivy that spun around, shook.
"Who's there?!" He hissed, as she walked out.
"My name is Stella..." Aiden gasped.
"Aren't you.. said rival, of... Jesse?" He muttered.
"Wait, you're Aiden..." She looked down.
"It's nice to meet you." He smiled.
