Dangerous Games (Michael Jackson Fan Fiction)

For those who are still confused & Update on sequel

So I have read back to the first few chapters that I have written for this book (I gotta say, my grammar and punctuation was shit), and I read this paragraph right here:

A woman around the same age as my parents greeted me, extending our hands as we shook hands, "Ah, yes, Ariana, nice to see you again. Oh my, how much you've grown." See me again? "I'm sorry, have we met?" I asked politely. The woman smiled apologetically, "Oh, where are my manners? I'm your Aunt Katherine."

I realised after reading that paragraph that a lot of people took this literally and straight up assumed that Michael and Ariana are cousins.

Well, they're not.

The reason why Ariana calls Katherine 'Aunt' is because Joan (her mother) and Katherine were supposedly long-time close friends. So close that they were like sisters. This is just her way to call her 'Aunt' in a polite way (I hope I'm not the only one who does this to our parent's besties, hehe).

I hope I cleared that out (also, I wouldn't write incest or read incest, it's gross. Unless it's Cassandra Clare and The Mortal Instruments).

As for news for the sequel; it's not coming out till the end of my next book (which will be released really soon). Sorry for making you guys all wait, but don't worry, the sequel will definitely happen. Think of this like a movie in production 😊
