Chapter 23 - Undertale: Waterfall and Undyne

Zzzzzzz.......

CRAAAASSHHH!

"DIEE!!!"

Percy woke with a start to find Annabeth still chasing Roman since last night.

The rest started to stir. Even Hiccup.

"Seriously!?", Leo whined." You guys still chase around like Tom and Jerry!?"

"Maybe they can't get tired.", Chara mused." LIKE ME!"

"Riiggghhtt.", Anna rolled her eyes." Then tell me why you sleep, huh?"

"Uuuhhhh... wait. MIND YO OWN BUSINESS, WILL YA?!"

Everyone laughed while Chara growled in a red face.

After that, they left and went on to their journey.

On one point, they got on Muffet's store.

"You think your tastes are refined?", She mused." Well, I think this next batch is what you need."

Annabeth clung to Percy's shoulder as they avoid the attacks Muffet throw. She was paralyzed.

Then, they spared her. When they were about to leave, Muffet waved at them.

"Come back anytime soon! Fuhuhuhu~~!", she giggled.

When they got out, Annabeth cried on Percy's shoulder. Roman snickered.

Then they continue on. They reached waterfall. And with every monster they encounter, they would befriend them or kill them.

There was also a monster who sings.

At the sleepover, Leo was oblivious of Hiccup's voice, since he confuse him over Roman. That was why he got shocked to hear his voice as he hums with the siren-like monster.

" Man", he called. "When did you sing?"

"Oh", Hiccup laugh awkwardly. " I sang on the sleepover."

The siren says something to him that they don't understand.

"You want me to sing?", Hiccup asks her. She nodded.

He took a deep breath. They listen, interested on hearing him sing solo.

" Are you, are you coming to the tree? They strung up a man
They say who murdered three. "

"Strange things did happen here

Hiccup blushed as they clapped at him.

"Woah, your even better than frosty!?"

"HEY!"

"Not kidding. Your voice is nice."

Annabeth gave a thumbs up. "Your voice is as nice as ours, dude."

Then they laughed.

When they travel, were interrupted by a female voice.

"Hey humans"

They turned around to see a fish-lady.

"Y'know....", she sighed through her armor. "Seven. Seven human souls, and King Asgore will become a god. Three. That's how many we have collected thus far. Understand? Through your final souls, this world will be transformed. First, however, as is customary for those who make it this far... I shall tell you the tragic tale of our people. It all started, long ago..."

Everyone went silent. Then they flinched as she scowled.

"...No, you know what? SCREW IT! WHY SHOULD I TELL THAT STORY WHEN YOU'RE ABOUT TO DIE!?! NGAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! YOU! You're standing in the way of everybody's hopes and dreams!"

"SORRY!", Hiccup sighed.

"Alphys's history books made me think humans were compassionate... BUT YOU? You're just remorseless criminals. You wander through the caverns, attacking anyone in your path."

All eyes glare at Chara. The little girl just shrugged.

"IT WAS SELF DEFENSE!", Annabeth shouted. The lady just laughed.

" Self-defense? Please. You didn't kill them because you had to. You killed them because it was easy for you. Because it was fun for you. Do you think it was fun when I found out?"

"Uhhh....", No one got a retort to say.

"No. But your time's up, villains! You won't hurt anyone else. A knight in shining armor has appeared.", she smirked. "And all the pain you have inflicted on the fallen... Every hope, Every dream you have turned to dust... She's gonna send right back through her spear! NGAHHH! I'll show you how determined monsters truly are. Come on! Step forward and let's end this!"

Then they entered a fight.

Suddenly, they were all green. Undyne attacks them with her spears. It was REALLY hard.

When they were activated back to their original color, they ran away.

"COME BACK HERE, YA PUNKS!", She screamed.

They ended up being the goose in a goose chase.

" She's -huff- really tough!", Percy commented.

"Well, she IS fishy!", Sans snickered.

" Sans, your puns really are funny but NOW'S NOT THE TIME, OKAY!?", Hazel, Jason and Hiccup yell at him. Everyone took a step back since they didn't know the trio can shout rants.

They mumble 'I'm sorry' at them. They forgive them.

Then, they reach the core. That was when Undyne starts to melt.

"You.....punks...", She choke out.

They knew they had to do something.

Then, Hiccup had an idea. In secret, he went over to the lava, grabbed a glass, and snapped his fingers.

His eyes glowed. Then....

What he scooped out.....became WATER!

He ran to Undyne and gave it to her.

When she became better, she thanked him. He turned to his friends to find them gaping at him.

" What?", he asked.

" YOUR EYES GLOW!", They chorused.

He immediately snapped his fingers. "Let's forget that, please?"

Everyone nodded. Undyne stood up.

"As courtesy to saving me", Undyne smiled." I shall guide you to the king."

"YAY!", Everybody pumped their fists in the air.

And since it was very hot, Hiccup had to activate his powers again to make a water bubble with Percy for Undyne.

So they continued walking.
