He'd been through it all. The talk with his parents, therapy, hormones, and even getting his chest reconstruction surgery done. The one thing he was missing, was his dick. Sure, he had his fair share of fame ones, but he didn't have a real one yet. Every time that he would go to the bedroom with Joji, he would feel bad, like he was disappointing his lover.
Today was different though. With Joji by his side, they walked into the hospital, Ian a little nervous. "What if they say no?" He asked Joji. He looked over with a warm smile. "Babe, they won't say no, and if they do, I'll make them feel bad." He leaned up and kissed Ian gently on the lips. He was finally completing himself today. Or at least partly, there were four operations he had to go through. Joji was by his side, wrapped in medical cloths with a mask on. Ian had asked that Joji stay with him, even through the gross stuff.
It only took a few seconds for Ian to pass out because of the gas, and Joji held his hand through the entire process.
