Numbers raced through her mind as her pencil wrote down her thoughts. A sigh escaped her mouth and she gazed out her window. She saw the sun beating down but couldn't feel the warmth, she saw the smiles on the passing-by individuals; but couldn't muster a smile of her own. She was too focused on getting a high grade for her next maths test, and she knew, genius' don't have time for happiness - nor do any struggling school students - she thought to herself, looking back down to her text book. Her lips pulled into a straight line, she set off back to work. Her head snapped up, "You can't fail..." The controlling voice in her head whispered.
PS. Neither school students or genius' can find happiness when they're being forced to persue intelligence.
