Chilling at Cody's

Later on, Morgan and I were back at the hotel, getting ready to go to Cody’s.

“Chey, can I borrow your straightener?” Morgan asked.

“Sure. I’ll get it.”

I got my straightener out of my suitcase, and handed it to her. (She was in the cool marble bathroom)

I was picking out an outfit, when I heard Morgan shriek.

“What’s wrong?” I asked, running into the bathroom.

“The straightener accidentally touched my neck.”

“Are you okay?”

“I’m fine, don’t worry.”

“Maybe I should straighten it for you.”

“Okay.”

As I was straightening Morgan’s waves, I asked her,

“So, when do you think Kenton will call?”

“I don’t know. He says he’s really busy filming right now.”

“Oh.”

“I just thought of something, though.”

“What?”

“In a few days, we’ll be flying back to Minneapolis. I won’t ever see Kenton ever again.”

“Sure you will. I’ll get invited to a Hollywood party, and I’ll make sure you’ll coming with me, okay?”

“Thanks,” Morgan smiled at me.

“No problem.”

“Cheyenne?”

“Yes?”

“Don’t let fame go to your head, okay?”

“I won’t, don’t worry about me.”

Then Morgan and I got dressed.

I was wearing a black striped tshirt with a ruffled black skirt, and my ballet flats. Morgan decided to wear a pink henley with a green cami underneath, flare jeans, and her fancier sandals.

“We look fabulous!” Morgan exclaimed as we looked at ourselves in the mirror.

“Of course we do!” I said, “Let’s go!”

We went down to the lobby to meet Greyson.

“Hey, sweetie,” Greyson said, as he gave me a quick kiss on the lips.

“You ready to go?” I asked him.

“Yep, let’s go!” he said.

“How are we getting there?” Morgan asked him.

“We’re walking. It’s only a few blocks up.”

As we were walking, it started to get a little chilly as the sun went down.

“You cold, Cheyenne?” Greyson asked.

“A little bit,” I admitted.

Greyson unzipped his hoodie, and put it around me.

“Aw, thanks, Grey Grey,” I said, smiling while Greyson zipped it up for me.

I put the hood up. I loved the hoodie. I loved the warmth from when Greyson was just wearing it. I especially liked the smell of it. It smelled slightly of Axe. Call me strange, but I just really liked the smell of it.

And soon Greyson nearly tripped.

“Watch it!” I said.

“I know,” Greyson laughed.

From then on I was watching Greyson’s steps.

“Step up. Step down. Step to the side, step to the right.”

“Let me guess. Magic Box interview?”

“Precisely.”

Every time I watched that video on YouTube, I would laugh my head off. Every thing he said in that video was absolutely hilarious or just plain adorable.

“I can’t help it,” I said, laughing, “I’m obsessed with that video.”

Greyson laughed and shook his head.

“Oh gosh, Cheyenne.”

Then he took my hand.

“We’re almost there,” he said.

Morgan giggled behind us. We jumped, because we forgot she was there.

“Alright then, lovebirds, let’s go!”

Once we were there, all I saw was a HUGE house, like a mansion.

“This is Cody’s,” Greyson said, leading us up the front steps.

Morgan and I raised our eyebrows at each other.

Greyson laughed at us, all in shock of the size of the house.

He rang the doorbell, and we heard footsteps running towards the door, and Cody popped out.

“Hey guys! he said, “Come on in!”

“Nice place you got here,” Morgan said, as we were stepping in.

“Thanks! Alli and Bella are back here,” he said, leading us to the big white living room, with the huge flat screen TV.

Morgan and I gave each other looks again.

“Bella’s here?” I mouthed to Morgan, raising and eyebrow.

Morgan shrugged, smiling.

And yes, Alli and Bella were sitting back there, Xbox controllers in hand.

Alli hopped up from the sofa once she saw us.

“Hi, Greyson!” she said, hugging him.

“Hey, Alli!” he said.

Alli came over to me, and hugged me, too.

“Hi, Cheyenne! Nice to meet you!”

“Nice to meet you, too!”

“And you know Bella, right?”

“Yep, she does,” Cody said before I could, “she was with us at the pizza place.”

“Oh, cool. And you’re Morgan, right?”

“Yes, I am,” she said, as Alli was hugging her.

“Well, let’s play some Xbox.”

“Cool,” I said, a little uncomfortably.

“What’s wrong?” Greyson asked me.

“I totally suck at Xbox,” I said, laughing.

“I’ll teach you,” Greyson said.

I gave him a tiny smile.

“Well, okay,” I said.
