Amanda's POV

"We will be having a new student today and I would like you to assist her and help her to catch on with everything." Mrs. Jones (the headmistress) said

"I'll do that Ma'am." I said smiling

"Thank you. So, I want you to be here, in my office by ten fifteen, don't be late. You can leave now." She said

"Okay ma'am." I said smiling before I got up and left

As I go out, I saw Nick standing behind the door "first weeks here and already getting into trouble?" He said with a questioning look
"No, you silly. She was telling me about how we will be having a new student today and she wants me to assist her."

"Okay. I'm free for the first two periods so wanna hang out in the cafeteria?"

"I can but not for long cause I have to back here by ten thirty."

"Well it's nine forty right now so we've got some time. I wanna show you something, come with me." He said before taking my hand in his and rushing to the music room

"What do you want to show me?" I asked as he closed the door when we got to the music room

"Remember when we were talking in my room yesterday and you said that you don't know much about me" he said and I nodded my head "well I hope this clears it out." He said before sitting on a chair, taking one of the guitars and started playing it and singing.....

I never trust a dog to watch my food.
And I like to use the word 'dude'
As a noun, or an adverb, or an adjective
And I, I never really been into cars.
I like really cool guitars
And superheroes
And cheques with lots of zeroes on 'em.

I love the sound of violins and making someone smile...

"Nick, did you really write this?" I asked at the verge of tears because nobody had ever done anything like that for me

"For you. Yes I did. I wanted my first own written song to be about someone special and undoubtedly, it's you." He said and I had no better response that to crush my lips on his.

"OMG! It's nine eighteen. She's going to be mad. I have to go." I said as we pulled apart

"It's cool, see you later love." He answered

I smiled, kissed him once more before rushing downstairs to Mrs Jones' office.

I knocked once before getting in "I'm so sorry I'm late, I got b-" I couldn't even finish my sentence as I looked at the girl in the office. It was Stacey, standing with a wide smile on her face.. She was the new student?

"It's alright Amanda. Is something wrong?" Mrs. Jones asked

"No, I'm fine." I answered a bit collected on the outside because on the inside I was screaming with confusion.

"Well that's great then. This is our new student Stacey Brooks. I have given her the schedule and everything else, all you need to do is help her settle in." She said

"Sure ma'am" I said before giving Stacey a sign saying let's go and right as we were on the door, Mrs. Jones said something else " Oh, and by the way, she will be you and Natalie's roommate."

Could it get any worse!?

I smiled "how great."

"Yes, it is. Her bed will be moved to your room by the time you're done with your classes" she said before saying we could go and so we did.

''I didn't know you were coming here. Did Nick know?" I asked Stacey as I closed the office door

"No, he didn't. I wanted to surprise him and I'm pretty sure he'll so happy to see me." She said so excitedly "where is Nick anyways?" She added

"He is really busy with classes. You can see him later. Can I start showing you around now?" I said even though I lied about the Nick being busy thing

"Sure. But quick question though: are you and Nick still like, together?" She asked

" Yes, very much still together!."
