Amanda's POV

As we were enjoying ourselves there was a Ding.....Dong at the door.

Who was it? If it was mom or dad, I guess I would be busted.

"Oh my god. Is it your mom, or dad? I'm busted. I should hide."Nick said

I chuckled "Shh....I'll check who it is." I said before going to the door and checking through that hole or whatever it's called to see who it was and it was Chriss. What was he doing here? Wasn't he going to be released tomorrow?

I finally opened the door.

"Hey Chriss, what are you doing here?"I asked smiling

"Well the doctor said I could come back today so I did and I thought I we could hang out."he answered cheerfully

Before I could answer to that Nick came to the door "Who's at the door love?" He asked putting his hand over my shoulder.

As soon as Chriss saw Nick his smile vanished from his face. "Oh you have campany, I guess I'll see you later."he said turning around to leave. I would feel bad for letting him leave so I stopped him.

"No, don't go Chriss. You can hang out with us. This is Nick and Nick this is Chriss."I said

"Nice to meet you." They both said shaking each others hand.

"The movie just finished so why don't we go out."I said and they agreed.

We went to Nando's for lunch.

"So Nick is your boyfriend?"Chriss asked

"Well yeah, didn't you know?" Nick said

"She actually nev-" Chriss said before I cut him saying "yes this is the Nick I always talk about. He's here for a week or so cause he lives in LA."

Chriss gave me a weird look then just dropped the subject.

Despite the odd glances we had fun as we ate our lunch.

After lunch Chriss left then it was just me and Nick like was supposed to be in the first place.

"What's with him?" Nick asked as he we got into his car.

"Chriss? He's just a friend at school and also leaves in the same neighborhood."I answered

"Oh.....same neighborhood ha? Does that mean he'll be hanging with us often?"he said

I just chuckled "oh,Nick." I said

We got home and I got in.

Mom,dad and the others weren't home yet.

I sat on the couch and texted Chriss.

A= Hey Chriss. I didn't tell Nick about the car crash and the incident before that so just never talk about it when he's there.
Okay?

C= Cleary you didn't tell him but it's cool. I won't.

A= Thanx.

I put my phone down then went to take a shower.

Nick's POV

I arrived home and just laid on my bed.

Something was wrong with that Chriss guy and I think Amanda is hiding something from me or maybe it's just my mind.

Suddenly my phone rang. It was mom.

"Hey mom." I said

"Hey honey. You're aunt came today so she says we should have a family dinner and you should come." Mom said

"What? I can't come. I just got here."I said annoyed

"But you know how your aunt will be all 'you guys don't care about me' and your dad will be all 'you don't care about my family'." She said

"Okay okay I'll be there."I said then hung up.

I quickly texted Amanda.

Hey bae. I have to go back to LA coz my cousin Stacey and her mom came to I gotta be there. So cancel our plans for tomorrow. I'll be back a few days later.

She didn't reply.

I changed into a black shirt and blue jeans then got in my car and began the long ride.

Amanda's POV

I got our from the bathroom and saw that I head a text from Nick.

Hey bae. I have to go back to LA coz my cousin Stacey and her mom came to I gotta be there. So cancel our plans for tomorrow. I'll be back a few days later.

Stacey was back?
