"I- It has to have been Quentin, because..." Hannah started, "Think about it. Who found the hat? It was him. And he found it in the oddest place! He found it put away very close to the door, tossed under the dresser. He found it almost immediately, I might add. Like he knew it was there. I wasn't going to say anything before- a lucky guess, right? But doesn't that seem a bit suspicious?" Hannah said reasonably. That did seem a little strange. "Quentin?" Mitch inquired. "Lucky guess." Quentin shrugged.
"That's not proof, Hannah." Jason said. "Wait! I have a steady hand, I couldn't have created such jagged slices! And I have proof! Lee and Stampy were with me when I cut the cake we made! We did that after the trial!" Hannah exclaimed. "....yeah.... she did a spectacular job with cutting the cake, really," Lee commented. Stampy shook his head, as if he didn't agree. Stampy was pretty picky when it came to cake, though.
