PERSONALITY: He's like a kid. If a tribute makes him bored then he'll stop watching them. But if something catches his interest then he becomes obsessed with it. He'll do whatever it takes to make sure that the object of his interest survives. He likes it when his favorite tribute goes through trouble then survives. He also really likes music. Anything to do with music and he'll love it.
MOTIVATION: He likes to sponsor people based on childish things. Like how he'll only vote for districts 2, 5 or 7 because those are his favorite numbers. He like tributes that laugh and smile a lot. Especially in the arena. It makes him think that they still have a reason to live.
