ELIAS VECTOR
AGE: 17
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Elias has the build that resembles an athlete. He's tall, with a sturdy frame. His skin tone is that of a toast color, and his hair is slightly wavy and jet black which is all brought together with his sharp gray eyes. He often favors wearing sturdy work jeans and any shirt he can find.
PERSONALITY: Elias is an introvert, preferring to keep to himself. That doesn't mean he isn't tuned into the world around him. He's often found observing people around him, and this makes him appear mysterious to his district fellows. He has absolute no interest in the games, except coming out alive.
WEAPON OF CHOICE: Throwing Knives
LIFESTYLE: Elias provides for himself and little brother as best he can. He will do any work that can be found. Doing this, he is able to get by fairly well for his brother and himself. He enjoys being near to the woods, and just watching wildlife.
