SPECIALTY: Harry is very good at creating natural disasters and other obstacles that keep the games interesting. He is very good about driving the Tributes together to kill them all off.
PERSONALITY: Creating and destroying is Harry's life. Every year, he creates a setting for a story that the entire nation will see, and he relishes in that power. His own life is a story only meant to be manipulated, and through this manipulation he has risen to the top of the Gamemaking industry. This is his first year as head Gamemaker, so everyone can expect quite a few surprises from this calm, calculating individual.
