She ran so far that the forest had changed.

She had reached that well-kept part that was just outside the town.

She didn't want to and couldn't go back to the farm, so she ran into the town.

She had to get off  of this planet.

Best of all, she needed a ship.

She knew from her dreams how to operate a ship.

She just needed to find one.

Hadn't Luca once mentioned something about a shop for such things?

A junk shop that also sold ships?

Where the hell was it?

Ahsoka wandered around the city for a while.

Quite a while.

How the Sith did one recognise a junk shop when one could only sense living beings?

When Ahsoka got the idea how, she could have slapped herself for how stupid she had been.

Questions.

She could just ask questions.

She walked up to the nearest person.

"Excuse me?" she said cautiously, flinching a bit as the person spun around.

"What's up?" asked the person addressed.

A young man, about in his twenties from the sound of his voice.

"I hear there's a shop here that sells a ship. Can you tell me where it is?" asked Ahsoka as her lekku turned a little darker.

"Uh sure. But ships are expensive. And are you even old enough to fly a ship?"

"I'm an adult. Turned eighteen yesterday," Ahsoka lied quickly.

"And I haven't thought about how to  buy it yet..." she added as she realised she didn't have a bit of money.

"Then congratulations belatedly" the man said.

"But you're standing right next to the shop. It says it big on the sign."

Ahsoka turned towards the building next to her.

"Other direction," the young man said.

Ahsoka turned the other way.

"Don't you see it or what?" the man asked, clearly confused by her behaviour.

"I'm blind," Ahsoka returned curtly.

"Then what do you want with a ship"

"I can fly a ship."

"Blind?"

"I can fix a droid too. Just don't read signs."

The man looked very surprised. Too much so, Ahsoka didn't want him to think she was crazy.

"Not all species see with their eyes," she therefore said quickly.

That seemed to satisfy the man.

"Well then."

"Do you know where there's money to be made here?" asked Ahsoka, just as he turned to move on.

She wanted this ship so badly.

She had to get off this planet.

She had to follow the voices.

"Well I'm still looking for a mechanic. I thought you said you could fix a droid?"

"Yep."

The man seemed to smile slightly. "Hard to find someone around here who can."

"Want me to prove it to you?"

"You're welcome to. Come on."

Ahsoka followed the young man.

She had walked right into the right one.

She was on the verge of saying that it was a damn lucky coincidence, but something inside her objected to the word coincidence.

"There is no such thing as coincidence. Only the Force" echoed through her head as she entered the somewhat musty shop.
