ENHYPEN as your Boyfriend

When you find out that they're vampires

Heeseung

- he has been acting sus ever since you started dating
- but as foolish as you are, you just assumed it's just the way he is
- even so, he's affectionate and always loves to be close to you. Idk abt giants like him who can absolutely stand guard over you but would rather choose to be babied ( for me that's rlly cute 🥺 )
- what's with his pale face and red eyes doe
- you're currently reading a history book as Hee lies asleep on your lap
- suddenly you stop on a page with a picture of fallen soldiers during the war that happened a very long time ago, and there's this face that truly catches your attention
- it's not a coincidence 'cause when you look closer, you can see the exact same details of your boyfriend's face
- you could feel the chills run down your spine as you momentarily turn to your boyfriend to compare their faces
- Heeseung then squirms and gazes at you with his sleepy eyes and shy smile
- you could feel your hands shake as you carefully reach for his feathery black hair, telling yourself that the rumors you've always heard about him will never be true.

Jay

- at first he's not sus because he always makes sure you know a lot about him as he knows a lot about you
- you swear you're trying to work things out before he told you he's going to visit his family in another city for a time
- FOR A VERY LONG TIME
- everyday, questions would circle around your mind. Everything was just fine before he was gone—really gone, and so a thought of him being with another girl crosses your mind as you look for him
- but for days trying to find him, you saw a sign posted in a shop that demanded him—dead or alive—because he was in a clan of vampires that infiltrates the city
- maybe it's something that eventually made you stop looking for him
- but my oh my who just sneaked into your room like a ninja one night
- "You're a traitor!" You whisper-shouted, trying not to wake the neighborhood as you repeatedly hit him in his chest
- "Y/n, I just came to apologize. I was afraid I'm going to lose you, or you're going to lose me, or—shit." He holds your wrists enough to make you stop so all you could do is lean your head on his shoulder out of frustration
- "Y/n..." He finally gathers his courage to look at you, his eyes glinting in red as he slowly gives in to a hug. "Y-you're not scared of me."
- "I'm not scared of you." You said. "I'm scared that they'll find you."

Jake

- you wouldn't like it when he's mad
- it so happens that someone who has been watching over you for quite a while knew your number and just starts calling you up mindlessly
- your boyfriend momentarily watches you as he drives home and could already sense that something is wrong
- "miss, I need you to leave the car as soon as you have the chance." Said the message that got sent to you.
- "Love?" Jake mutters worriedly. "Is something bothering you?"
- you try as best as you can to fake a smile as you shake your head. "Oh, it's just someone trying to call the other number. Just don't mind it, love."
- then he calls again. But this time, Jake had no patience to reject it and so he carelessly grabbed your phone and picked up the call as he looked straight on the road
- "This is y/n's boyfriend. Trying to make her talk to you?" He asks in a furious tone. You could see the veins slowly showing on his neck as he tries to maintain his voice.
- "Show up then. I dare you. Tell me where you are right now and we'll talk about what happens to hampering creeps like you, alright? Have you got nothing to say? Then, fuck off." His eyes were slowly turning red and raging, and his fangs started to show in a way that they wanted to bite so much
- he looked as if he was about to cave in when he saw your reaction and so he immediately parked the car on the side.
- you froze, eyes brimming with tears as he shamefully looks down and sighs heavily.
- "Y/n..." You suddenly flinched as his hand was reaching for your cheek.
- "Don't." You utter ever so meekly, shivering in dread.

Sunghoon

- literally confessed on prom night
- "geez, slow down, can you?" You laugh as he takes you by the hand, leading you to the rooftop where you both wouldn't be seen.
- "Slowing down now, lovely." He replies breathily, climbing the stairs
- as soon as you both got up, he held your hand and placed a strand of your hair at the back of your ear. After taking a deep breath, he finally speaks. "Will you still love me y/n?"
- you furrow your brows. "Will I still love you if what?"
- Hoon hesitated for a while, looking away. "If... You know... I'm..."
- "Hoonie, what?"
- "Y/n, I'm a vampire."
- there was an awkward silence  before you bursted in laughter. "You've had enough drink for tonight, my love."
- "No." He said and immediately went in for
a kiss. Well that, and for a small bite to make you believe.
- as you both let go, you find it hard to speak as the feeling of shock was stealing your words away
- "I'm sorry." He looks away, wiping the drop of your blood

Sunoo

- well I'm sorry if he had to gaslight you
- the school nurse was out when your boyfriend cut himself during a firsthand activity
- you, the girlfriend, had to tend to his wounds so you brought him to the clinic
- "Babe, I'm alright."
- "You're not."
- "I promise. We need to go back to our class."
- "You can't just tell me it's alright when you don't know how to use the scalpel properly, idiot. Now, sit."
- he's sat 😭
- you were busy looking for bandages and liquids to sanitize the wound while he was slowly healing himself
- when you turned to face him, there was no blood on his hand, let alone a scar to prove he was wounded. And that only meant one thing
- you looked at him in shock while he looked at you as if you've gone mad
- "Sunoo?"
- "I told you, babe, I'm alright."

Jungwon

- he literally had one job and that's to stay out of mirrors-
- "Wonnie!" You called out, getting ready for a date
- "Calm down!" He shouted back, heading downstairs
- Looking indecisively at the two coats you're holding, you asked. "Which one looks better on me?"
- Jungwon pointed at the black coat. "That one. Try it on."
- he stood behind you as you busily wore the coat, trying to make the edges neat.
- "You look so lovely, y/nnie." He smiled as his arms found their way on your waist.
- looking back at the mirror, you immediately winced and managed to escape his hug
- "oh my god!" You exclaimed, seeing that your boyfriend had no reflection. Well, you know what the elderlies say...
- "OH MY GOD!" you screamed your lungs out. "YOU'RE A VAMPIRE?!"
- "I'M A VAMPIRE?!?" Jungwon said agitatedly, realizing he just exposed himself
- "JUNGWON!!!"
- "I'M A VAMPIRE?!?"

Ni-ki

- behind his dense and oblivious antics is a needy bf who just wants a hug to cure him
- you always think you're in a constant love-and-hate situation, but in truth, he just doesn't want you to know about his secret
- he hasn't been showing up since last week and you thought it was because you had a fight and he still hated you
- you thought about going to his dorm to ask if he still wants to keep on, but when you got there, the place was dark and not even the daylight can defy the curtains in the window
- "Riki!" You immediately approach him. "What happened here?" You ask, seeing him lying helpless in his bed. He was holding back
- "Stay away!" He shouted, almost sounding as if he was begging.  He turned away, curling his body into a tiny ball. "Stay away." He said. This time, his voice was low and weak.
- You laid beside him and interlocked your fingers on his—tightly—that he could never let go.
- "Riki, I know." You whisper, rubbing the back of his palm with your thumb. "I know."
- He started to cry.
- You slowly move closer to him and rested your head on his back. "You don't have to keep this secret from me."
- "I don't want to hurt you." He replied, sobbing feebly.
- "I know." You say. "But I don't want to see you like this."
- finally, he turned to face you. His eyes were still red and thirsty, his fangs aching. But he wasn't afraid anymore.
- you cup his cheeks and let out a reassuring smile. "You don't have to be all alone here. You always have me."
